JAKARTA, PERKARANEWS.COM — Mantan hakim Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) Jakarta Pusat, Djuyamto, secara terbuka mengakui kesalahannya di hadapan majelis hakim saat membacakan nota pembelaan (pledoi) dalam sidang lanjutan di Pengadilan Tipikor Jakarta Pusat, Rabu (5/11/2025).

 

Dalam sidang tersebut, Djuyamto mengaku menerima sejumlah uang dalam penanganan perkara dugaan korupsi ekspor Crude Palm Oil (CPO) atau minyak goreng (migor) yang melibatkan tiga korporasi besar, yakni Wilmar Group, Permata Hijau Group, dan Musim Mas Group.

“Walaupun menyakitkan, saya menerimanya dengan ikhlas sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab moral saya di hadapan masyarakat,” tuturnya.

 

Dalam bagian akhir pledoinya, Djuyamto menyampaikan doa agar majelis hakim diberikan kekuatan lahir dan batin untuk menilai perkara ini secara jernih dan adil. Ia berharap agar tidak ada kekeliruan dalam menjatuhkan putusan terhadap dirinya.
