Kuasa Hukum Sebut Iwan Henry Tak Terlibat Perkara Korupsi Sanggar Fiktif DKI Jakarta

JAKARTA, PERKARANEWS.COM – Ezar Ibrahim, SH Penasehat Hukum (PH) Terdakwa Iwan Henry Wardhana, menyebut dari keterangan para saksi yang dihadirkan Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU), terungkap tidak ada keterangan yang menerangkan bahwa uang yang masuk ke sanggar, kemudian diminta untuk dikembalikan bukanlah perintah dari Iwan Henry Wardhana selaku Kepala Dinas Kebudayaan, DKI Jakarta.

 

JPU menghadirkan sedikitnya 15 orang saksi, dalam perkara dugaan korupsi pada Dinas Kebudayaan, DKI Jakarta. Kerugian negara yang diakibatkan dari kegiatan sanggar yang diduga fiktif, berdasarkan nilai kegiatan dalam dokumen anggaran APBD Tahun 2022-2024, mencapai lebih dari Rp36 miliar. Mantan Kepala Dinas Kebudayaan DKI Jakarta, Iwan Henry Wardhana bersama dua orang lainnya, yaitu eks Kabid Pemanfaatan M Fairza Maulana dan pihak swasta berinisial Gatot Arif Rahmadi pemilik Even Organizer (EO) Booth Produksi (GR PRO), diduga terlibat pada perkara tersebut.

Para saksi yang merupakan eks Karyawan EO GR Pro mengungkap, bahwa memiliki sanggar-sanggar yang pasif. Sanggar tersebut digunakan oleh EO GR Pro untuk membuat SPJ kegiatan, atas perintah terdakwa Gatot Arif Rahmadi, dengan dalih “Pinjam Bendera”.

 

“Istilahnya pinjam bendera perusahaan atau sanggar, dokumen yang dipinjam untuk dipakai adalah identitasnya, kaya KTP, NIB (Nomer Induk Berusaha-red), NPWP Perusahaan, nomer rekening, Akte Perusahaan,” terang saksi Chintya di Pengadilan Tipikor, Jakarta Pusat, Kamis (7/8/2025).

 

Chintya juga menjelaskan sistem kerja pada EO GR Pro, yaitu sebelum diadakan even maka diadakan meeting internal yang melibatkan beberapa tim untuk penyelenggaraan.

 

“Sebelum ada event, atas perintah pak Arif dikumpulkan semua. Baik itu orang produksi, bagian admin, tim SPJ, Tim PIC lapangan, kita bahas nanti ada penyerapan apa saja dari anggaran, misal ada MC, makanan, kebutuhan sound dan sebagainya,” terangnya.

 

“Untuk SPJ, sebenarnya itukan pekerjaan karyawan dinas ya, tapi sudah lumrah sih kalo EO untuk membantu,” tambahnya.

 

Lebih lanjut Chintya juga membeberkan setelah kegiatan dan SPJ dinilai selesai, maka dilakukan pencairan oleh dinas ke sanggar atau perusahaan yang dipinjam oleh EO. Namun dana yang mengalir diminta kembalikan ke EO atas perintah Gatot Arif, sementara para pemilik rekening mendapat fee beragam besarannya.

 

“Setelah cair dari dinas, nanti kita sebagai PIC yang bertanggungjawab menagih, kan pinjam bendera,” bebernya.

 

Sementara Ezar Ibrahim PH Terdakwa Iwan Henry Wardhana, usai persidangan menjelaskan dari keterangan para saksi yang dihadirkan JPU kali ini, semua menerangkan bahwa uang yang masuk dari dinas ke sanggar-sanggar atau Perusahaan yang pakai EO, dengan dalih “Pinjam Bendera”, semua dikembalikan ke rekening EO atas perintah Terdakwa  Gatot Arif.

 

“Semua dana yang cair, masuk ke sanggar-sanggar itu dikembalikan ke EO atas perintah Arif,” tukasnya. (Yuko)
