POLRESTA PANGKALPINANG Bekuk Tiga Begal Sadis, Kerugian Ratusan Juta Rupiah!

PANGKALPINANG, PERKARANEWS.Com – Satreskrim Polresta Pangkalpinang berhasil meringkus tiga pelaku pencurian dengan kekerasan (curas) atau begal yang mengakibatkan korban merugi hingga Rp219 juta lebih. Para pelaku diamankan dalam operasi senyap Tim Buser Naga Unit Jatantras pada Rabu (9/7) hingga Kamis (10/7) dini hari.

Pengungkapan kasus ini berdasarkan Laporan Polisi Nomor: LP/B/322/VI/2025/SPKT/POLRESTA PANGKAL PINANG/ POLDA BANGKA BELITUNG tanggal 24 Juni 2025, dengan korban bernama Chai Kon Sen (51), seorang karyawan swasta.

Peristiwa nahas ini terjadi pada Selasa, 24 Juni 2025, sekitar pukul 01.30 WIB. Saat itu, korban Chai Kon Sen sedang dalam perjalanan pulang menuju rumahnya. Tanpa disadari, korban sudah dibuntuti oleh para pelaku.

Setibanya di lokasi kejadian, salah satu pelaku langsung memukul bagian belakang kepala korban. Dalam kondisi tak berdaya, korban kehilangan sepeda motor, ponsel, dan sejumlah barang berharga lainnya yang disimpan di dashboard motor, termasuk uang tunai senilai Rp200.000.000. Total kerugian yang dialami korban diperkirakan mencapai Rp219.350.000.

Setelah melakukan penyelidikan mendalam, Tim Buser Naga berhasil mengidentifikasi dan meringkus para pelaku di dua lokasi berbeda.

Pelaku pertama, Stihf Owen (22), yang merupakan otak pelaku atau perencana tindak pidana curas ini, berhasil diamankan di Desa Cibodas, Kecamatan Cikajang, Kabupaten Garut, Provinsi Jawa Barat, pada Rabu (9/7) pukul 18.01 WIB.

Dua pelaku lainnya yang berperan sebagai eksekutor, Emran Susanto (22) dan Wahyu Adiyanto (21), ditangkap di Jalan Suka Damai, Mangkol, Kecamatan Pangkalan Baru. Emran Susanto, eksekutor yang memukul korban menggunakan kayu berukuran sekitar 70 cm dan membawa kabur motor serta ponsel korban, diringkus pada Kamis (10/7) pukul 01.38 WIB.

Sementara itu, Wahyu Adiyanto, eksekutor kedua yang mengendarai motor bersama Emran saat beraksi dan membuang motor korban di sungai arah lokalisasi Teluk Bayur, Kecamatan Rangkui, diamankan pada Kamis (10/7) pukul 04.21 WIB.

Dari tangan para tersangka, petugas berhasil menyita sejumlah barang bukti, antara lain:

• 1 unit sepeda motor Yamaha NMAX berwarna hijau milik Wahyu

• 1 buah kayu sepanjang sekitar 70 cm

• 1 unit iPhone XR berwarna putih milik Stihf Owen

• 2 buah kartu ATM milik Stihf Owen

• 1 unit sepeda motor Yamaha NMAX berwarna hitam

• 1 buah helm merek INK berwarna hitam

• Uang tunai sebesar Rp320.000 milik Stihf Owen

• 3 unit ponsel milik Emran

• 1 unit sepeda milik Emran

• 1 unit ponsel merek Vivo milik Wahyu

Saat ini, Polresta Pangkalpinang tengah mempersiapkan membawa tersangka Stihf Owen dari Garut ke Pangkalpinang, yang direncanakan menggunakan pesawat pada Sabtu, 12 Juli 2025. Selanjutnya, pihak kepolisian akan melengkapi administrasi penyidikan, melakukan gelar perkara, dan berkoordinasi dengan Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) untuk proses hukum lebih lanjut.
