JAKARTA,PERKARANEWS – Zarof Ricar tak menampik bahwa dirinya yang memperkenalkan Lisa Rachmat pengacara Gregorius Ronald Tannur kepada Ketua PN Surabaya yang saat itu dijabat oleh Rudi Suparmono. Hal tersebut terungkap saat mantan pejabat Mahkamah Agung (MA) itu diperiksa menjadi saksi untuk terdakwa Rudi Suparmono di Pengadilan Tipikkor, Jakarta Pusat, Senin (26/5/2025).
Dimuka persidangan Zarof menceritakan, Lisa awalnya minta dikenalkan dengan Wakil Ketua Pengadilan Negeri Surabaya. Zarof merasa tak kenal dengan Wakil Ketua PN Surabaya, Zarof malah menghubungkan Lisa dengan Rudi Suparmono. Zarof mengatakan tidak mengetahui niat dari Lisa untuk diperkenalkan oleh Ketua PN Surabaya.
“Apakah saudara tahu niat Lisa minta diperkenalkan terdakwa Rudi Suparmono?,” tanya JPU.
“Tidak tahu niat Lisa , hanya minta diperkenalkan kepada Rudi Suparmono,” jawab Zarof.
“Setelah saya kasih tahu Lisa, saya tidak tahu lagi selanjutnya hubungan Lisa dan Rudi,” imbuh Zarof.

Selanjutnya Zarof mengatakan tidak lagi berkomunikasi dengan Lisa setelah memberikan nomor WhatsApp-nya kepada Rudi. Sehingga dia tidak mengetahui apakah Lisa dan Rudi bertemu setelah bertukar kontak.
Setelah perkara Ronald Tannur diputus bebas di PN Surabaya, Lisa kembali menghubungi Zarof meminta bantuan ketika hendak mengajukan kasasi. Hal ini diperkuat oleh kesaksian Lisa Rachmat pada persidangan yang lain. Zarof pun mengakui menerima uang dari Lisa dalam mata uang asing setara dengan Rp5 miliar.
“Dimana Lisa menyerahkan uang itu?,” tanya hakim.
“Dirumah saya uang itu diserahkan,” jawab Zarof.
Zarof juga sempat dicecar oleh Hakim Anggota Sri Hartati terkait tujuan Lisa minta diperkenalkan kepada Ketua PN Surabaya. Bahkan Hakim Ketua juga menegaskan hal serupa kepada Zarof.
“Jujur saja pak, apakah bapak tahu tujuan Lisa minta diperkenalkan Ketua PN?, sudah lah jujur saja pak,” tanya Hakim Anggota Sri Hartati.
“Masa tidak tahu Lisa itu ketemu untuk mengurus perkara,” tegas Hakim Ketua Iwan Irawan.
“Tidak tahu yang mulia,” jawab Zarof.
Sidang dengan terdakwa Rudi Suparmono akan terus berlanjut, persidangan selanjutnya JPU akan menghadirkan eks hakim pengadil Gregorius Ronald Tannur, yang kini juga statusnya sebagai terdakwa dan dalam proses persidangan.(Yuko)
