Hal ini dibuktikan dengan kunjungan resmi dari Tim Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan bersama Tim Pembina Mutu ke rumah produksi Keripik Cumi Nina di Baturusa, Merawang, pada 24 Januari 2025. Kunjungan ini bertujuan untuk mendukung proses pengajuan sertifikasi HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point), yang menjadi syarat utama untuk ekspor.
Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan, yang diwakili oleh Pak Tri dan timnya, serta Tim Pembina Mutu, yang diwakili oleh Pak Bima, mengapresiasi langkah proaktif Keripik Cumi Nina. Menurut mereka, sertifikasi HACCP adalah langkah strategis bagi UMKM untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk, memperluas pasar, dan memenuhi standar internasional.
“Ini adalah langkah yang sangat positif, menunjukkan komitmen tinggi Keripik Cumi Nina terhadap mutu dan kualitas produk. Dengan sertifikasi ini, produk UMKM lokal tidak hanya mampu bersaing di tingkat nasional, tetapi juga di pasar global,” ujar Pak Bima.
Arie, perwakilan Keripik Cumi Nina, menyatakan bahwa pengajuan sertifikasi HACCP adalah bagian dari visi besar perusahaan untuk mengangkat citra produk khas Bangka Belitung. “Ini adalah bukti nyata keseriusan kami untuk mendukung UMKM di Bangka Belitung agar dapat bersaing di pasar internasional. Kami berharap langkah ini dapat menginspirasi UMKM lain untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan daya saing produk mereka,” tuturnya.
Keripik Cumi Nina, yang dikenal dengan keunikan rasa dan kualitas bahannya, optimis dapat memenuhi persyaratan sertifikasi HACCP.
