BANGKA,PERKARANEWS.COM – Praktik penyelewengan Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) bersubsidi jenis solar kembali menjadi sorotan di Belinyu Kabupaten Bangka. Kali ini, dugaan praktik ilegal tersebut melibatkan PT SBJE, sebuah perusahaan yang beroperasi di wilayah Belinyu.
Ironisnya, Budi, pemilik PT SBJE, justru mengancam akan melaporkan ke pihak kepolisian jika ada pemberitaan mengenai dugaan penyelewengan BBM jenis solar oleh perusahaannya.
Di tengah kontroversi ini, kebakaran hebat melanda sebuah gudang perkebunan milik warga di Kecamatan Belinyu, Kabupaten Bangka. Lokasi kebakaran tersebut diduga kuat menjadi tempat penampungan BBM ilegal jenis solar.
Kapolres Bangka, AKBP Toni Sarjaka, melalui Kasatreskrim Polres Bangka, AKP Ogan Arif Teguh Imani, mengonfirmasi insiden tersebut. Menurutnya, kebakaran terjadi pada Sabtu (1/3/2025) sekitar pukul 12.15 WIB di gudang perkebunan sawit milik Erwin, yang terletak di Air Nyatoh Kaulin, Desa Gunung Muda, Belinyu.
“Dari informasi yang kami himpun, kejadian ini bermula saat pekerja membawa tedmon atau tempat penampungan BBM menggunakan mobil pikap. Sebanyak 2 buah tedmon dibawa masuk ke dalam gudang,” ujar AKP Ogan pada Sabtu (1/3/2025) malam.
Setiap tedmon memiliki kapasitas tampung 1 ton. Tempat penampungan tersebut diturunkan dan diletakkan di dalam gudang, tepat di samping mobil tangki. Saat salah satu pekerja gudang hendak memindahkan BBM jenis solar menggunakan mesin penyedot air (robin), tiba-tiba api muncul dan menyebabkan kebakaran.
Akibat kebakaran ini, seorang pekerja bernama Qoza (32) mengalami luka bakar di telinga bagian belakang, leher, dan tumit kaki kiri. Korban mengalami luka bakar dengan persentase 10-12% dan dirawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Medika Stania Belinyu.
Kerugian materiil akibat kejadian ini cukup besar, meliputi:
* 1 unit mobil tangki berisi 10 ton BBM solar terbakar.
* 1 unit mobil pikap terbakar.
* 1 buah mesin penyedot air (robin) terbakar.
* 2 buah tedmon plastik penampung BBM terbakar.
* Selang air plastik terbakar.
* Di dalam gudang tertutup, 2 buah kereta sorong, 1 buah mesin robin, dan peralatan kebun hangus terbakar.
“Personel Polsek Belinyu tiba di lokasi kebakaran sekitar pukul 12.45 WIB dan bersama Damkar serta warga sekitar berhasil memadamkan api pada pukul 13.30 WIB,” ungkap AKP Ogan.
Penyebab kebakaran diduga berasal dari mesin penyedot air yang terbakar saat digunakan untuk memindahkan BBM. Api cepat membesar karena cuaca panas dan adanya sekitar 2 ton BBM solar di lokasi.
“Diduga, gudang milik Erwin tersebut digunakan oleh Budi untuk bongkar muat BBM solar ilegal atau tanpa izin. Di lokasi tidak ditemukan papan perizinan yang dikeluarkan oleh pihak terkait. Budi sendiri menaungi PT Surya Bangka Jaya Energi atau SBJE,” pungkasnya.(YUKO)
