PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Kementerian Agama (Kemenag) resmi membuka Program Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) Dalam Jabatan (Daljab) angkatan I hari ini. Sebanyak 70.113 guru binaan Kemenag yang telah melakukan lapor diri berhak mengikuti program ini. Mereka tersebar di 49 Lembaga Pendidik Tenaga Kependidikan (LPTK) Keagamaan Islam dan 10 LPTK Keagamaan non-Islam.
“Ini merupakan PPG terbesar dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya karena melibatkan banyak peserta,” ujar Dirjen Pendidikan Islam Suyitno saat membuka PPG Daljab Angkatan I secara daring, Senin (10/3/2025). Ia menekankan pentingnya persiapan materi substantif bagi para peserta.
Suyitno menjelaskan, peserta akan diuji kompetensi pedagogik dan profesionalnya. Penguasaan konten substantif menjadi kunci keberhasilan. PPG Daljab 2025 mengoptimalkan Learning Management System (LMS) untuk pembelajaran digital. Peserta dapat mengulang materi melalui LMS untuk pemahaman maksimal.
“Peserta diharapkan mengatasi tantangan literasi digital dan daya tahan fisik selama pembelajaran daring,” tegas Suyitno. Ia juga menjanjikan upaya sertifikasi bagi peserta retaker yang belum lulus.
Direktur Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan (GTK) Madrasah, Thobib Al Azyhar, menambahkan, 70.754 guru diundang mengikuti PPG Daljab. Namun, hanya 70.113 guru yang melakukan lapor diri. Mereka terdiri dari guru madrasah, Pendidikan Agama Islam, Kristen, Katolik, Hindu, dan Buddha.
Thobib menjelaskan, PPG Daljab terdiri dari 10 tahapan. Dimulai dengan orientasi mahasiswa hari ini, dilanjutkan dengan modul profesional, pedagogik, lokakarya, dan PPL. Peserta juga akan mengikuti induksi, tryout, unggah video pembelajaran, dan Uji Kompetensi Mahasiswa PPG (UKMPPG).
“Pengumuman kelulusan PPG Daljab angkatan I akan diinformasikan pada 9 Mei 2025,” sebut Thobib. Sertifikat akan dibagikan pada 15 Mei 2025. Peserta harus memenuhi syarat kelulusan, termasuk nilai minimal 75 pada pendalaman materi dan nilai minimal 70 pada UKMPPG.(MJ01)
