PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS.COM– Konflik alur muara Jelitik di Sungailiat, Kabupaten Bangka, kembali mencuat dan menjadi sorotan tajam. Permasalahan yang telah berlangsung lama ini dinilai belum menemukan titik terang, bahkan anggota DPRD Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Babel), Himmah Olivia, merasa “kena prank” terkait penanganan masalah ini. Jumat,(28/2)
“Kita sudah kena prank pimpinan,” ungkap Himmah Olivia, menyoroti lambatnya penanganan masalah alur muara Jelitik yang berdampak besar bagi nelayan setempat.
Menurut Himmah, solusi konkret yang dibutuhkan saat ini adalah pengerukan alur muara secara menyeluruh, bukan hanya di bibir pantai.
Ia menyebutkan adanya pengerukan sebelumnya yang dilakukan oleh pihak tertentu, namun hanya menyasar wilayah dangkal di bibir pantai, sepanjang 2.000 meter.
“Yang kita butuhkan sekarang cuma pengerukan dilakukan, yang diingat oleh nelayan itu yang panjangnya 2.000 meter lebarnya sempit. Kita kasih permasalahan siapapun yang bisa penanganannya,” tegas Himmah.
Himmah juga mempertanyakan proses perizinan dan AMDAL dari pihak yang melakukan pengerukan sebelumnya. Ia mengungkapkan, pengerukan tersebut dilakukan sebelum pihak tersebut memiliki izin operasi produksi, dan saat ini dalam tahap eksplorasi.
“Sudah berupaya waktu itu ke peristiwa saya tahu CSR itu dapat dari mana pak. Tapi yang dikeruk memang bibir pantai alur itu yang wilayahnya. Mereka bisa mengerukkan. Setelah mendapat operasi produksi, sekarang posisinya eksplorasi pak eksplorasi mau? Dia harus menyelesaikan penjeliran AMDAL AMDAL. Salah satu syaratnya harus mendapatkan PKPR. Nah mungkin pak ini,” jelasnya.
Konflik alur muara Jelitik ini telah lama menjadi keluhan para nelayan, karena pendangkalan menghambat aktivitas melaut dan berdampak pada hasil tangkapan. Para nelayan berharap pemerintah segera mengambil tindakan tegas dan menyelesaikan masalah ini secara tuntas.(Yuko)
