PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS.COM – Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Babel) menegaskan penolakannya terhadap pembentukan Panitia Khusus (Pansus) terkait kasus 271 triliun rupiah. Ketua DPRD Babel, Didit Srigusjaya, menjelaskan bahwa penolakan ini merupakan hasil kesepakatan seluruh fraksi di DPRD.
“Semua fraksi menolak pembentukan Pansus tentang 271 T. Semua fraksi menolak karena itu bukan ranah DPRD, itu yudikatif,” ujar Didit Srigusjaya,menegaskan bahwa masalah tersebut lebih tepat ditangani oleh lembaga yudikatif.
Selain penolakan Pansus, DPRD Babel juga mengumumkan beberapa keputusan penting lainnya:
* Perda Tata Kelola Timah:
* DPRD akan mengusulkan Peraturan Daerah (Perda) tentang tata kelola dan penjualan timah. Namun, mengingat proses pembuatan Perda yang memakan waktu, DPRD akan mengupayakan solusi non-Perda yang lebih cepat.
* Kerjasama dengan MUI dan Baznas:
* DPRD akan segera mengundang Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) dan Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (Baznas) untuk membahas permasalahan kehormatan di Bangka Belitung.
* Isu “Prank” Dinas Provinsi
* DPRD merasa “di-prank” oleh salah satu dinas di Provinsi Babel. Informasi yang diterima di Jakarta berbeda dengan kenyataan di lapangan. DPRD akan membentuk tim untuk menindaklanjuti masalah ini.
* Status Pulau Tujuh:
* DPRD akan membentuk tim untuk mengkaji status Pulau Tujuh. Informasi dari Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan menunjukkan bahwa pulau tersebut kini milik Kabupaten Lingga, tanpa sepengetahuan Provinsi Babel. DPRD akan mencari solusi terbaik, termasuk kemungkinan gugatan.
* Pengerukan Muara untuk Nelayan:
* DPRD akan membentuk tim untuk mengkaji dan menyelesaikan masalah pengerukan muara.
* Ada sekitar 700 kapal nelayan yang sering mengalami kecelakaan akibat muara yang dangkal.
* DPRD mendorong agar pengerukan dan pelebaran muara segera dilakukan untuk kepentingan nelayan.
* DPRD akan berkoordinasi dengan Pemerintah Kabupaten Bangka untuk mempercepat penyelesaian masalah ini.
Didit Srigusjaya menambahkan,
“Harapan DPRD itu jangan diperpanjang dulu (izin salah satu perusahaan), tetapi oleh dinas terkait diperpanjang. Ya kalau arti tapi buat banyak itu bukan bahasa langsung bisa kerja, paling mekanisme karena Mengapa bagi DPRD Sumatera banyak Bagaimana keinginan nelayan di daerah tersebut itu muaranya dikeruk sehingga mereka bisa beraktivitas.”pungkasnya DPRD Babel berkomitmen untuk menyelesaikan isu-isu strategis ini demi kepentingan masyarakat Bangka Belitung.(Yuko)
