DPRD Babel Geram, KPID Babel Diduga Langgar Aturan, Tim Pansel Segera Dibentuk

PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS.COM- Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Babel) menyoroti dugaan pelanggaran aturan yang dilakukan oleh Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia Daerah (KPID) Babel.


DPRD menilai KPID Babel tidak memberitahukan perihal masa jabatan yang akan berakhir, padahal seharusnya pemberitahuan tersebut disampaikan paling lambat enam bulan sebelum masa jabatan berakhir.

Ketua DPRD Babel, Didit Srigusjaya, mengungkapkan kekecewaannya terhadap sikap dan etika KPID Babel.

“Seharusnya sebelum 6 bulan sebelum habis, mereka ini harus memberitahu kepada DPRD. Ternyata kita belum dapat pemberitahuannya,” tegas Didit.

Menurut Didit, DPRD Babel baru dilantik lima bulan lalu, sehingga keterlambatan pemberitahuan ini menjadi masalah. Sebagai solusi, DPRD Babel sepakat bahwa KPID Babel akan diberhentikan sementara setelah masa jabatannya berakhir pada 19 April 2025, karena tidak adanya alokasi dana APBD.

“Memang kita baru dilantik 5 bulan yang lalu ya, maka kita solusinya DPRD sepakat mereka habis tanggal 19 April 2025 mereka off karena tidak ada dana APBD,” jelas Didit.

DPRD Babel akan segera membentuk tim panitia seleksi (Tim Pansel) untuk melakukan seleksi anggota KPID Babel yang baru. Proses seleksi ini diharapkan dapat segera dilaksanakan mengingat masa jabatan KPID Babel yang akan segera berakhir.

“Maka kita akan berproses untuk segera membentuk tim panitai seleksi (Tim Pansel) pembentukan seleksi baru kita akan pilih kembali KPID yang baru,” ungkap Didit.

Didit menegaskan bahwa pemberhentian sementara KPID Babel akan dilakukan sesuai dengan Surat Keputusan (SK) Gubernur Babel.

“April ini berarti habis, habis jadi pokoknya mereka sesuai dengan SK Gubernur Babel sudah habis oke,” pungkasnya.

DPRD Babel berkomitmen untuk segera menyelesaikan masalah ini dan memastikan keberlanjutan fungsi pengawasan penyiaran di Bangka Belitung.(Yuko)
