PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Dalam operasi penindakan narkoba yang terus digencarkan, Satuan Reserse Narkoba (Satreskoba) Polresta Pangkalpinang kembali berhasil meringkus seorang tersangka kasus penyalahgunaan narkotika. Kali ini, seorang pegawai BUMN berinisial RA (26) menjadi target operasi dan berhasil diamankan.
Penangkapan dramatis ini terjadi di kediaman tersangka yang terletak di Jalan Krisi, Kelurahan Lontong Pancur, Pangkalpinang, pada Senin (6/1) siang. Saat dilakukan penangkapan, tersangka sedang berada di Jalan Natuna dan langsung digiring ke rumahnya.
Penggeledahan membuktikan kejahatan
saat dilakukan penggeledahan di kediaman tersangka yang disaksikan oleh Ketua RT setempat, petugas menemukan sejumlah barang bukti yang sangat mengejutkan.
Di dalam sebuah kotak hitam yang terletak di atas meja, petugas berhasil mengamankan 2 bungkus plastik strip bening sedang dan 6 bungkus plastik strip bening kecil yang berisi kristal bening yang diduga kuat adalah narkotika jenis sabu.
“Tersangka tidak dapat mengelak dan mengakui bahwa barang haram tersebut adalah miliknya,” tegas Kasatreskoba Polresta Pangkalpinang, AKP Raden Hasir S.H M,H.
Barang bukti lengkap, tersangka terancam hukuman berat. Selain mengamankan barang bukti narkoba seberat 1,6 gram, petugas juga menyita sejumlah barang bukti lainnya yang diduga terkait dengan aktivitas jual beli narkoba, seperti handphone, sepeda motor, dan uang tunai.
Atas perbuatannya, RA dijerat dengan Pasal 114 ayat (1) atau Pasal 112 ayat (1) Undang-undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika. Ancaman hukuman yang menanti tersangka cukup berat, yakni minimal 5 tahun penjara.
Polresta Pangkalpinang tetap komitmen berantas narkoba. Kasatreskoba menegaskan bahwa pihaknya tidak akan pernah lelah dalam memberantas peredaran narkoba di wilayah hukum Polresta Pangkalpinang.
Penangkapan terhadap RA ini menjadi bukti nyata komitmen polisi dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang bersih dari pengaruh narkoba.
“Kami mengimbau kepada masyarakat untuk bersama-sama memerangi narkoba. Laporkan jika mengetahui adanya peredaran narkoba di sekitar lingkungan Anda,” ajak Kasatreskoba.(Yuko)
