PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS-Desi Lie, istri dari Suwito Gunawan yang tengah menjadi tersangka kasus korupsi tata niaga komoditas timah, kini tengah berjuang mendapatkan keadilan.
Ia merasa diperlakukan tidak adil oleh penyidik Kejaksaan Agung RI yang menyita sejumlah aset pribadinya secara paksa. Desi mengklaim bahwa aset-aset tersebut tidak memiliki hubungan dengan kasus korupsi yang sedang dihadapi suaminya. Saat live Tiktok ketua umum Perpat, Andi Kusuma.
“Insiden penyitaan terjadi pada 6 Desember 2023. Saat itu, penyidik menggeledah kediaman pasangan tersebut dan membawa sejumlah dokumen, perhiasan, dan barang berharga lainnya,”ungkapnya.
Desi menegaskan bahwa barang-barang tersebut merupakan hasil jerih payah mereka selama bertahun-tahun dan tidak ada kaitannya dengan bisnis smelter milik suaminya.
“Semua yang mereka ambil tidak ada hubungannya dengan smelter. Itu hasil usaha kami dari menyewakan ruko dan mengelola kafe,” tegas Desi.
Ia menambahkan bahwa aset-aset tersebut telah mereka kumpulkan sejak menikah pada tahun 1989. Desi merasa kecewa dengan tindakan penyidik yang menyita barang-barang pribadinya tanpa alasan yang jelas. Ia menduga ada kesalahpahaman atau bahkan kesengajaan dalam proses penyitaan tersebut.
“Saya tidak tahu apa yang mereka lakukan. Kalau memang melakukan kesalahan, tetap disalahkan, tapi jika tidak melakukan kesalahan jangan dipaksakan,” ujar Desi saat menceritakan kejadian tersebut.
Lebih lanjut, Desi menjelaskan bahwa dirinya dan suaminya telah berkecimpung di dunia pertambangan timah sejak lama. Mereka pernah menjadi kontraktor untuk PT Koba Tin dan PT Timah. Namun, bisnis smelter yang tengah menjadi masalah saat ini merupakan usaha mandiri yang dilakukan oleh suaminya.
Desi juga menceritakan alasan suaminya menerima tawaran kerjasama dengan PT Timah. Menurutnya, keputusan tersebut diambil dengan pertimbangan untuk menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat Bangka.
“Suami saya merasa terpanggil untuk membuka usaha di bidang pertimahan. Ia ingin berkontribusi untuk pembangunan di pulau Bangka,” ungkap Desi.
Terkait dengan kasus korupsi yang menjerat suaminya, Desi meyakini bahwa suaminya tidak bersalah. Ia berharap agar kasus ini dapat diselesaikan secara adil dan transparan.
Desi Lie kini tengah mempertimbangkan langkah hukum untuk mendapatkan kembali aset-asetnya yang telah disita. Ia berharap ada pihak yang dapat membantunya untuk memperjuangkan keadilan.(Yuko)
