Adi Sucipto menegaskan bahwa kerja sama antara dokter spesialis mandiri dengan rumah sakit umum, yang sering disebut sebagai dokter mitra, adalah hal yang umum terjadi. Hubungan kerja sama ini diatur dalam Perjanjian Kerjasama (PKS) yang mengatur segala aspek, termasuk pembayaran jasa.

“Dokter mitra memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit,” ujar Adi Sucipto.

Namun, kasus di RSUD Depati Hamzah yang melibatkan dr. Kuncoro Bayu Aji sebagai dokter mitra sekaligus suami dari direktur rumah sakit, menjadi sorotan publik. Adi Sucipto menekankan pentingnya mematuhi Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang berlaku, terlepas dari adanya hubungan keluarga.

“Walaupun ada hubungan keluarga, profesionalitas harus tetap diutamakan,” tegasnya.

Menanggapi kritik Pj Walikota Pangkalpinang terkait kualitas pelayanan dokter di RSUD Depati Hamzah, Adi Sucipto mengaku belum dapat memberikan komentar secara spesifik. Ia meminta penjelasan lebih lanjut mengenai maksud dari kritik tersebut.

Berdasarkan Peraturan Walikota Pangkalpinang Nomor 33 Tahun 2020 tentang Standar Satuan Harga pada Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD) RSUD Depati Hamzah menjadi acuan dalam pengelolaan rumah sakit ini.
