Konsisten Dukung Program P5 di SMKN 1 Sungailiat, PT Timah Sharing Pengetahuan Personal Branding dengan Pelajar

BANGKA,PERKARANEWS – PT Timah terus mendukung dunia pendidikan melalui beragam program, tidak hanya memberikan beasiswa, peningkatan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan formal dan informal. PT Timah juga mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah.

Untuk mendukung program Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) yang merupakan bagian dari kurikulum merdeka. PT Timah yang diwakili Kepala Divisi Human Capital, Fikha Lutfi menjadi guru tamu SMKN 1 Sungailiat.

Kegiatan P5 yang digelar mengusung tema Kebekerjaan dengan topik ‘Personal Branding ‘Aku Adalah Ekspresiku’ ini dilaksanakan di Aula SMKN 1 Sungailiat, pada Selasa (4/6/2024).

Para siswa kelas XI antusias mengikuti sharing sessions yang membahas tentang personal branding. Dalam kesempatan ini Fikha Lutfi juga memotivasi para pelajar untuk meraih apa yang telah dicita-citakan.

Fikha juga berbagi tips kepada para pelajar agar bisa mengenal dan mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki sehingga bisa membentuk personal branding sesuai dengan potensi yang dimiliki.

Kepala Sekolah SMKN 1 Sungailiat, Nina Erlina mengatakan kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari program P5. Dengan mengusung topik personal branding diharapkan nantinya para pelajar dapat mengenali potensi yang mereka miliki, memetakan minat bakatnya sehingga nanti sekolah bisa mengarahkan.

“Kegiatan ini juga bagian dari para pelajar mengamalkan pancasila. Tema kebekerjaan ‘Aku adalah ekspresiku ini, kami mau anak-anak mengenali bakat minatnya, cita-cita, dia harus tahu aku ini siapa dan mengekspresikannya bagiamana sehingga bisa timbul personal brandingnya,” ucapnya.

Nina menceritakan, banyak siswa yang saat ini sekolah hanya sekadar sekolah tapi belum memiliki tujuan yang jelas.

“Kami maunya anak-anak mengenal potensi mereka dan kami mendampingi, dengan kenal dirinya dan potensi sehingga nanti sekolah bisa mengarahkan dan anak-anak bisa melejitkan prestasinya,” katanya.

Ia mengapresiasi PT Timah yang telah mendukung kegiatan P5 di sekolah mereka. Menurutnya, tidak hanya ini saja, para siswa mereka juga kerap magang di PT Timah.

“Antusias siswa semangatnya luar biasa, tadi mereka mendapatkan banyak mendapatkan wawasan baru. Bu Fikha juga memotivasi dan menginspirasi mereka anak SMK bisa punya banyak pilihan baik bekerja, berwirausaha, atau melanjutkan kuliah. Atau mungkin bisa menekuni ketiga hal ini,” ucapnya.

Kedepan, Ia berharap Kolaborasi PT Timah dengan sekolah mereka dapat terus berlanjut sehingga nantinya bisa saling mendukung.

“Biasanya kami mentipkan anak-anak untuk PKL di PT Timah. Semoga, nanti kedepannya terus berlanjut dan kami siap menjadi mitra PT Timah,” harapnya.

Sementara itu, salah satu siswa Aprilia Azzahra kelas XI jurusan Manajemen perkantoran mengatakan, kegiatan P5 kali ini seru sekali karena bisa menginspirasi dirinya untuk memiliki tujuan dalam hidup.

“Seru banget bisa menginspirasi, saya jadi dapat wawasan untuk menentukan tujuan hidup, cara bagaimana bisa mengakses kemampuan kita.

Materinya cukup membuka pikiran saya. Ada yang manarik tadi bahwa untuk menentukan jalan kita harus berani serta bertanggungjawab dan jujur,” katanya. (Yuko)
