Informasi yang didapat tim AWAM Babel menyebutkan bahwa kegiatan pemisahan tailing atau mineral ikutan pasir timah itu milik joni dan Bujang dengan tempat yang berbeda namun masih satu dusun.
Sementara itu salah satu pemilik gudang kegiatan pengolahan bijih timah kadar rendah yang bernama Joni saat di minta konfirmasinya terkait kegitan tersebut sampai saat ini belum memberikan jawaban selasa 5/3 pagi melalui aplikasi whatsappnya 0822375194**.
Terpisah, Kapolres Bangka Barat, AKBP Ade Zamrah, saat dikonfirmasi terkait kegiatan ilegal itu, sampai berita ini tayang belum ada jawaban apapun.
