Kepala Kemenag Pangkalpinang Bedah SKB 2 Menteri di Sosialisasi Pendirian Rumah Ibadah

PANGKALPINANG, PERKARANEWS.COM – Kepala Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Pangkalpinang, H. Firmantasi, S.Ag., M.H., menjadi narasumber kunci dalam kegiatan Sosialisasi Tata Cara Pendirian Rumah Ibadah. Acara ini diselenggarakan oleh Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama (FKUB) Kota Pangkalpinang bekerja sama dengan Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik (Kesbangpol) Kota Pangkalpinang.

 

Sosialisasi yang berlangsung di Ruang Pertemuan BKPRMI Pangkalpinang pada Rabu, 03 Desember 2025 ini diikuti oleh 65 orang peserta yang menjadi perwakilan berbagai elemen organisasi kemasyarakatan dan tokoh agama se-kota Pangkalpinang.

Dalam paparannya, H. Firmantasi secara spesifik membedah kebijakan pemerintah pusat terkait legalitas pendirian rumah ibadah. Ia menegaskan pentingnya menjadikan Peraturan Bersama Menteri Agama dan Menteri Dalam Negeri (SKB 2 Menteri) Nomor 8 dan 9 Tahun 2006 sebagai pedoman utama.

 

“Legalitas pendirian rumah ibadah adalah fondasi penting untuk menjaga ketertiban, keamanan, dan kerukunan antar umat beragama,” ujar Firmantasi.

 

Ia menjelaskan bahwa SKB 2 Menteri tersebut mengatur secara rinci mengenai persyaratan administratif dan teknis, termasuk perlunya dukungan masyarakat setempat dan rekomendasi tertulis dari Kepala Kantor Kemenag serta FKUB.

 

Kegiatan sosialisasi ini merupakan upaya nyata FKUB dan Kesbangpol Pangkalpinang untuk memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif kepada masyarakat mengenai prosedur yang benar dan sesuai hukum dalam mendirikan rumah ibadah. Tujuannya adalah untuk meminimalisir potensi konflik dan memastikan setiap proses pendirian rumah ibadah berjalan sesuai dengan koridor hukum yang berlaku.

 

Partisipasi aktif Kepala Kemenag Pangkalpinang dalam acara ini menunjukkan komitmen Kemenag dalam mendukung terwujudnya harmoni sosial dan ketaatan hukum di Kota Pangkalpinang, terutama dalam isu sensitif terkait pendirian rumah ibadah. (GV004)
