BEKASI, PERKARANEWS.COM — PT Timah Karya Persada Properti (TKPP), anak usaha PT Timah Tbk di sektor properti, merayakan usia ke-10 tahun dengan menggelar Fun Run di kawasan Familia Urban, Bekasi, Minggu (31/8/2025).

 

HUT ke-10 TKPP mengusung tema ‘PerfectlyStronger’, yang menggambarkan Visi TKPP untuk menjadi developer properti terpercaya dan berkelanjutan yang tumbuh bersama masyarakat.

Fun Run yang diikuti ribuan peserta ini menjadi simbol kebersamaan, gaya hidup sehat, sekaligus wujud apresiasi kepada masyarakat dan konsumen yang telah mendukung perjalanan TKPP selama satu dekade.

 

Selain Fun Run, rangkaian kegiatan HUT ke-10 TKPP juga diwarnai dengan hiburan, doorprize hingga grandprize. Untuk mendukung UMKM lokal, juga digelar bazar komunitas dan tenant perumahan.

 

Dalam momen ini, TKPP juga menyalurkan program CSR berupa 10 kursi roda dan paket sembako bagi Yayasan Onkologi Anak Indonesia serta Yayasan Pembinaan Anak Cacat.

 

Sejak berdiri, TKPP telah mengembangkan dua kawasan utama yaitu Familia Urban di Bekasi dan Payon Ponca di Cirendeu, Tangerang Selatan. Mengoptimalkan land bank seluas 176 hektare, TKPP menghadirkan hunian yang bukan hanya layak huni, tetapi juga bernilai investasi jangka panjang.

 

Kawasan Familia Urban dirancang sebagai kota mandiri dengan konsep walkable neighbourhood, ruang terbuka hijau, pedestrian rindang, serta fasilitas lengkap seperti area komersial, pendidikan, kesehatan, olahraga, dan rekreasi.
