BANGKA BARAT, PERKARANEWS.COM — Gubernur Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Babel), Hidayat Arsani, melakukan kunjungan mendadak ke SMA Negeri 1 Kelapa, Kabupaten Bangka Barat (Babar), Senin (4/8/2025). Kedatangannya disambut Kepala SMAN 1 Kelapa bersama perwakilan tenaga pendidik dari SMA/SMK se-Bangka Barat.
Dalam kunjungannya, Gubernur Hidayat menegaskan pentingnya netralitas Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), khususnya guru dan tenaga pendidik.
Menurut Gubernur Hidayat, kunjungan tersebut juga menjadi bagian dari upaya Pemprov Babel memastikan kualitas pendidikan tetap berjalan baik dan bersih dari praktik-praktik yang merugikan siswa maupun wali murid.
“Sudah saya ingatkan ke kepala sekolah, jangan ada guru yang bermain politik. Jadilah guru yang profesional, bertanggung jawab, dan taat aturan,” tegas Gubernur Hidayat.
Ia menjelaskan bahwa kunjungan ke sekolah dilakukan tanpa jadwal resmi agar bisa melihat langsung kesiapan dan kondisi nyata di lapangan.
“Saya memang tidak pernah buat jadwal kunjungan sekolah. Selalu mendadak. Dengan begitu, saya bisa lihat langsung kesiapan guru. Kalau diberi tahu tiga hari sebelumnya, pasti semuanya sudah dipersiapkan,” ungkapnya.
Gubernur Hidayat juga menyampaikan apresiasi terhadap kondisi SMAN 1 Kelapa yang dinilainya bersih dan tertata baik. Namun ia kembali menegaskan larangan keras terhadap pungutan Iuran Partisipasi Pendidikan (IPP).
“Saya katakan IPP tidak boleh lagi. Tapi kalau wali murid mau menyumbang, boleh saja, sah-sah saja, selama tidak ada tarif atau angkanya. Intinya sukarela. Kalau ada (tarif), itu melanggar hukum,” tandasnya. (Yuko)
