JAKARTA,PERKARANEWS.COM – Pengusaha kondang pendiri maskapai Sriwijaya Air, Hendry Lie, tak mampu menyembunyikan ekspresi lesu di wajahnya saat mendengarkan vonis majelis hakim. Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) Jakarta Pusat, Kamis (12/6/2025), menyatakan Hendry Lie terbukti bersalah dalam kasus megakorupsi pengelolaan komoditas timah, yang ditaksir merugikan negara hingga fantastis Rp300 triliun.
Ketua Majelis Hakim Tony Irfan menjatuhkan vonis 14 tahun penjara dan denda sebesar Rp1 miliar subsider 6 bulan kurungan. Tak hanya itu, Hendry Lie juga dibebankan membayar uang pengganti senilai Rp1,05 triliun subsider 8 tahun penjara.
“Menjatuhkan pidana kepada terdakwa dengan pidana penjara selama 14 tahun dan denda sebesar Rp 1 miliar dengan ketentuan apabila denda tersebut tidak dibayar akan diganti dengan pidana kurungan selama 6 bulan,” tegas Hakim Ketua Tony Irfan dalam putusannya.
Lebih lanjut, Hakim Tony Irfan memerintahkan terdakwa untuk membayar uang pengganti sejumlah Rp 1.052.577.589.599.019 (Rp 1,05 triliun).
“Jika tidak dibayar paling lama 1 bulan setelah putusan memiliki kekuatan hukum tetap, harta bendanya akan disita dan dilelang untuk menutupi uang pengganti tersebut. Apabila terdakwa tidak mempunyai harta benda yang mencukupi untuk membayar uang pengganti tersebut maka diganti dengan pidana penjara selama 8 tahun,” jelas Hakim Tony Irfan.
Majelis hakim menyatakan Hendry Lie bersalah melanggar Pasal 2 ayat 1 juncto Pasal 18 Undang-Undang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (UU Tipikor) juncto Pasal 55 ayat 1 ke-1 KUHP, sebagaimana dakwaan primer jaksa penuntut umum (JPU).
Dalam pertimbangannya, hakim menyebutkan bahwa perbuatan Hendry Lie tidak mendukung program pemerintah dalam upaya pemberantasan korupsi, kolusi, dan nepotisme (KKN) untuk penyelenggaraan negara yang bersih. Hakim menilai tindak pidana yang dilakukan terdakwa telah secara nyata merugikan keuangan negara.
“Dalam hal yang meringankan, terdakwa belum pernah dihukum,” kata Hakim, sebagai satu-satunya poin yang menjadi pertimbangan meringankan bagi Hendry Lie.
Sebelumnya, JPU menuntut Hendry Lie dengan pidana 18 tahun penjara dan denda Rp 1 miliar subsider 1 tahun penjara. JPU juga menuntut Hendry Lie membayar uang pengganti sebesar Rp 1,6 triliun.
Atas putusan yang dibacakan majelis hakim ini, pihak terdakwa melalui Penasehat Hukum (PH) menyatakan sikap pikir-pikir, mengisyaratkan kemungkinan pengajuan banding. (Yuko/Anton)
