BELITUNG,PERKARANEWS — Peran audit internal tidak lagi terbatas pada pengawasan (fungsi assurance), tetapi juga diharapkan menjadi penggerak inovasi dan pendorong keberlanjutan bisnis (trusted advisor).

Oleh karena itu, Asosiasi Auditor Internal (AAI) perwakilan Sumatera bagian selatan, menggelar Seminar Nasional dengan tema “Good Governance: The Key to organizational Success in a Changing Environtment” di Ballroom Tanjung Binga Swissbell Belitung, (16-17/06/2025).

Kegiatan yang dimotori PT Timah Tbk dan PT Bukit Asam Tbk diikuti berbagai peserta dari perusahaan yang ada di wilayah Sumbagsel seperti PT Pupuk Sriwijaya, PT Bukit Multi Investama PT Timah Investasi Mineral, PT Bumi Sawindo Permai, PT Internasional Prima Coal, PT Bukit Prima Bahari, PT Pelabuhan Bukit Prima, PT Bukit Pembangkit Innovative, PT Satria Bahana Sarana, PT Bukit Energi Servis Terpadu, PT Timah Karya Persada Property, dan Bank Sumsel Babel.

Seminar Nasional ini menghadirkan narasumber, Excecutive Director National Center For Corporate Reporting ( NCCR ) Dr Ali Darwin Ak.M.sc.CSP dan Ketua Dewan sertifikasi Asosiasi Auditor Internal, Dr. Nurdin.

Ketua penyelenggara Seminar AAI Sumbagsel, Nugraha Nutyasanya, dalam sambutanya mengatakan bahwa Asosiasi Auditor Internal ini sebagai wadah kompetensi bagi praktisi profesional.

“AAI ini merupakan wadah bagi para auditor atau praktisi profesional dan akademisi di Sumbagsel untuk dapat meningkatkan peran auditor berkelanjutan di perusahaan,” jelasnya.

Nugraha berharap adanya kekuatan jaringan dan informasi internal dari perusahaan.

“Saya harap auditor terus memperkuat jaringan dan informasi audit internal sehingga bisa diaplikasikan di perusahaan masing – masing,” katanya.

Sementara itu, Narasumber Seminar Nasional Ali Darwin, menjelaskan tentang Sustainability Governance : Creating Long Term Value For Stakeholders.

Auditor internal memiliki peran dan fungsi dalam integrasi Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) antara lain menilai tata kelola dan keselarasan strategis, mengevaluasi manajemen risiko dan peluang strategis, memberikan jaminan atas data dan pengukuran kinerja, penasihat terpercaya dan agen perubahan.

Selain itu, kata Ali, Auditor Internal juga berfungsi sebagai orang yang memvalidasi keakuratan dan kelengkapan ESG, menilai tata kelola terkait ESG, mengevaluasi manajemn risiko ESG.

Ali berharap para peserta seminar mempunyai persepsi yang sama tentang peran audit internal dalam memastikan integrasi sustainability kedalam startegi bisnis.

“Saya harap auditor internal memiliki persepsi yang sama tentang konsep sustainability governance, implementasi praktis terkait penerapan ESG
di industri strategis dan regulasi standar terkini aligment dengan Gias 2024,” harapnya.(Yuko)
