Tuntutan JPU untuk Zarof Ricar, Lisa Rachmat, dan Meyrizka Widjaja dalam Kasus Suap

JAKARTA,PERKARANEWS – Perkara kasus suap gratifikasi penanganan kasasi terdakwa Gregorius Ronald Tannur dengan tiga terdakwa, yakni mantan pejabat Mahkamah Agung (MA) Zarof Ricar, pengacara Lisa Rachmat dan ibu Ronald Tannur Meirizka Widjaja, jalani sidang tuntutan di Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) Jakarta Pusat, Rabu (28/5/2025).

Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) dalam persidangan menuntut Zarof Ricar 20 tahun dan membayar denda Rp1 miliar subsidair 6 bulan penjara. Zarof dituntut JPU paling berat diantara terdakwa lain Meyrizka Widjaja dan Lisa Rachmat. Menurut JPU, Zarof dinilai terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan melanggar Pasal 6 Ayat (1) jo Pasal 15 dan Pasal 12 B jo Pasal 18 Undang-Undang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi.

“Menjatuhkan pidana terhadap terdakwa oleh karena itu dengan pidana penjara selama 20 tahun, serta membayar denda Rp1 miliar subsidair enam bulan penjara,” kata JPU.

JPU Menilai, Zarof terbukti melakukan percobaan, pembantuan atau pemufakatan jahat untuk menyuap Hakim Agung Soesilo yang menangani perkara kasasi Gregorius Ronald Tannur. Sedangkan untuk Kasasi tersebut diajukan oleh jaksa,  setelah Ronald Tannur divonis bebas oleh Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Surabaya dalam kasus pembunuhan Dini Sera Afrianti. JPU juga mengatakan percobaan suap senilai Rp5 miliar dilakukan Zarof bersama Lisa Rachmat pengacara Ronald Tannur pada tahun 2024.

Dalam sidang tuntutan JPU menyebut Lisa Rachmat pengacara Ronald Tannur,  dituntut selama 14 tahun penjara, serta membayar denda sebesar Rp750 juta subsider enam bulan penjara. Lisa dinilai terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan telah menyuap tiga hakim Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Surabaya hingga pemufakatan jahat percobaan menyuap majelis kasasi di MA. Lisa dinilai terbukti melanggar Pasal 6 ayat (1) huruf a jo Pasal 18 dan Pasal 15 UU Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi jo Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP.

“Menjatuhkan pidana kepada terdakwa Lisa Rachmat oleh karena itu dengan pidana penjara selama 14 tahun, membayar denda sebesar Rp 750 juta dengan ketentuan apabila tidak dibayar maka diganti dengan pidana kurungan selama enam bulan,” kata JPU.

Penyuapan tiga hakim PN Surabaya dilakukan Lisa bersama Meirizka Widjaja dengan uang tunai keseluruhan sebesar Rp1 miliar dan SGD 308 ribu. Dalam prosesnya Lisa dibantu Zarof dengan mengenalkan Ketua PN Surabaya yang saat itu dijabat Rudi Suparmono. Ketiga hakim pengadil Gregorius Ronald Tannur dan Eks Ketua PN Surabaya saat ini sedang menjalani sidang Tindak Pidana Korupsi.

Sementara Meyrizka Widjaja dituntut empat tahun penjara. Tuntutan ini paling ringan dibanding kedua terdakwa Zarof dan Lisa.  Selain itu Meyrizka juga dituntut membayar denda Rp750 juta subsidair enam bulan kurungan. JPU menilai Meirizka terbukti menyuap hakim Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Surabaya untuk membebaskan Ronald Tannur dari jerat hukum. Atas perbuatanya Meirizka dinilai memenuhi unsur Pasal Pasal 6 ayat 1 huruf a jo Pasal 18 Undang-Undang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi jo pasal 55 Ayat (19) Ke -1 1 KUHP.

“Menjatuhkan pidana penjara terhadap terdakwa satu Meirizka Widjaja pidana penjara empat tahun kurungan, serta membayar denda Rp750 juta subsidair enam bulan kurungan dikurangi selama terdakwa dalam tahanan,” pungkas JPU.(Yuko)
