JAKARTA,PERKARANEWS – Lisa Rachmat pengacara Gregorius Ronald Tannur menjalani sidang tuntutan atas perkara Kasus Suap Gratifikasi. JPU menuntut Lisa Rachmat penjara selama 14 tahun, serta membayar denda sebesar Rp750 juta subsider enam bulan penjara. Sidang digelar di Pengadilan Tipikor, Jakarta Pusat, Rabu (28/5/2025).
Andi Syarief selaku Penasihat Hukum (PH) dari Lisa Rachmat, menanggapi tuntutan dari JPU. Kepada redaksi, usai persidangan melalui pesan singkat mengatakan bahwa ada beberapa hal yang perlu diluruskan terkait tuntutan terhadap Lisa.
“Intinya ada beberapa hal yang harus kami luruskan, yang terpenting kami harus menyampaikan fakta persidangan,” tegas Andi.
Andi juga menambahkan bahwa dirinya bersama tim pengacara LIsa akan menyusun pledoi (pembelaan) berdasarkan fakta persidangan terkait dakwaan dugaan suap 3 hakim PN Surabaya atau dugaan pemufakatan jahat bersama terdakwa Zarof Ricar dan Meyrizka Widjaja.
“Dari fakta-fakta dipersidangan dikuatkan oleh ahli pidana, bahwa perkara suap ini bukanlah ketangkap tangan, sehingga penangkapan, penggeledahan dan penyitaan yang peristiwanya telah lampau dan tidak didahului dengan proses penyelidikan dan penyidikan adalah tidak sah menurut uandang-undang,” katanya.
Sementara dalam tuntutan JPU, Lisa dinilai terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan telah menyuap tiga hakim Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Surabaya hingga pemufakatan jahat percobaan menyuap majelis kasasi di MA. Penyuapan tiga hakim PN Surabaya dilakukan Lisa bersama Meirizka Widjaja dengan uang tunai keseluruhan sebesar Rp1 miliar dan SGD 308 ribu. Dalam prosesnya Lisa dibantu Zarof dengan mengenalkan Ketua PN Surabaya yang saat itu dijabat Rudi Suparmono Lisa dinilai terbukti melanggar Pasal 6 ayat (1) huruf a jo Pasal 18 dan Pasal 15 UU Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi jo Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP.
“Menjatuhkan pidana kepada terdakwa Lisa Rachmat oleh karena itu dengan pidana penjara selama 14 tahun, membayar denda sebesar Rp 750 juta dengan ketentuan apabila tidak dibayar maka diganti dengan pidana kurungan selama enam bulan,” kata JPU.(Yuko)
