PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS.COM – Pasangan bakal calon Walikota dan Wakil Walikota Pangkalpinang dari jalur independen, Eka Mulya dan Ratmida Dawam, resmi menyerahkan 6.455 dukungan perbaikan tahap kedua kepada Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kota Pangkalpinang, Minggu (18/5) malam.
Langkah ini menjadi penentu bagi pasangan tersebut untuk melaju ke tahapan verifikasi faktual.
Ketua KPU Kota Pangkalpinang, Sobarian, menyatakan bahwa pihaknya akan segera melaksanakan verifikasi faktual tahap kedua mulai 19 hingga 29 Mei 2025.
“Setelah menerima berkas perbaikan, kami akan langsung memulai proses verifikasi faktual. Rekapitulasi hasil verifikasi faktual akan diumumkan pada 30-31 Mei 2025, dan penetapan pemenuhan syarat dukungan dijadwalkan pada 20 Juni 2025,” jelas Sobarian.
Sobarian menambahkan, teknis pelaksanaan verifikasi faktual akan dikomunikasikan lebih lanjut dengan tim penghubung pasangan Eka-Ratmida, yang dikenal dengan Tim Merdeka.
“Kami akan memastikan proses ini berjalan transparan dan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku,” tegasnya.
Sementara itu, bakal calon Walikota Pangkalpinang, Eka Mulya, mengungkapkan rasa syukurnya atas penyerahan dukungan perbaikan ini.
“Kami telah melengkapi 6.455 dukungan sebagai pemenuhan syarat perbaikan tahap kedua. Ini adalah bukti nyata dukungan masyarakat Pangkalpinang kepada kami,” ujar Eka Mulya.
Penyerahan dukungan perbaikan ini menjadi babak baru dalam perjalanan pasangan Eka-Ratmida menuju Pilkada Pangkalpinang 2025. Proses verifikasi faktual akan menjadi penentu apakah pasangan independen ini memenuhi syarat untuk maju dalam kontestasi politik tersebut. (Yuko)
