Pangkalpinang, PerkaraNews.com – Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum (Bawaslu) Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Babel) terus memaksimalkan pengawasan terhadap verifikasi faktual calon perseorangan dalam Pilkada Kota Pangkalpinang. Hingga saat ini, Bawaslu Babel mencatat, dari 13.814 dukungan yang diverifikasi, sebanyak 12.191 dukungan dinyatakan Memenuhi Syarat (MS).
Ketua Bawaslu Babel, EM Osykar, menegaskan pihaknya akan mengawal ketat sisa waktu verifikasi faktual. “Dari hasil pengawasan kami, sudah ada 73,47 persen yang diverifikasi. Sisanya akan kami maksimalkan pengawasannya bersama KPU sebagai pelaksana teknis,” ujar Osykar dalam Siaran Pers yang diterima PerkaraNews.com, Senin (5/5/2025).
Bawaslu Babel juga telah melayangkan sejumlah langkah pencegahan untuk memastikan tahapan verifikasi faktual berjalan sesuai aturan.
Langkah-langkah tersebut meliputi 6 imbauan kepada KPU, 4 imbauan kepada stakeholder, 4 imbauan kepada peserta Pilkada, 1 instruksi kepada Panwaslu Kecamatan, dan 16 upaya pencegahan melalui konten media sosial.
Osykar mengimbau KPU untuk memaksimalkan waktu verifikasi hingga 5 Mei 2025. Ia menyarankan agar KPU membantu PPS menghadirkan pendukung yang sulit ditemui ke kantor PPS atau lokasi lain yang disepakati, mengoptimalkan peran Petugas Penghubung (LO) kelurahan, serta memanfaatkan mekanisme video call sebagai opsi terakhir.
“Berbagai opsi bisa dilakukan, namun harus diperhatikan konsekuensi hukumnya. Jika pendukung tidak dapat diverifikasi faktual hingga batas waktu atau maksimal 3 hari setelah petugas tidak dapat menemui dan tidak dihadirkan, maka dukungan dinyatakan Tidak Memenuhi Syarat (TMS),” tegas Osykar.

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids.
