PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Warga Pangkalpinang digegerkan dengan penemuan mayat seorang wanita dalam kondisi mengenaskan di aliran Sungai Selindung pada Minggu (2/3/2025) pagi. Korban yang diketahui bernama Yuliawati (44) tersebut dilaporkan hilang sejak Kamis (27/2/2025).
Jasad Yuliawati pertama kali ditemukan oleh Budi (46), seorang warga yang sedang mencari tugu udang di sekitar aliran sungai. Budi melihat sesosok mayat wanita yang sebagian tubuhnya sudah tidak utuh hanyut di sungai. Ia kemudian memberitahu Hendra (35), yang kemudian melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke Bhabinkamtibmas Kelurahan Selindung.
“Saat saya sedang pulang mencari tugu udang, saya melihat mayat hanyut. Setelah saya lihat, ternyata jenis kelaminnya perempuan dan beberapa bagian tubuhnya sudah tidak utuh,” ujar Budi.
Suami korban, Dedi Saputra (47), membenarkan bahwa mayat tersebut adalah istrinya. Ia mengatakan bahwa Yuliawati keluar rumah pada Kamis (27/2/2025) pagi dan tidak kembali hingga ditemukan dalam kondisi meninggal dunia.
“Istri saya keluar rumah pada hari Kamis pagi dan tidak kembali. Kami sudah berusaha mencari, tetapi tidak ketemu,” kata Dedi.
Polisi yang tiba di lokasi kejadian segera melakukan olah TKP dan mengevakuasi jasad korban ke rumah sakit untuk dilakukan autopsi. Hingga saat ini, polisi masih menyelidiki penyebab kematian korban.
Penemuan mayat Yuliawati ini sontak membuat warga sekitar geger. Mereka berharap polisi segera mengungkap kasus ini dan menangkap pelaku jika ada unsur pidana dalam kematian korban.(MJ01)
