PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS.COM– Polemik pembentukan Panitia Khusus (Pansus) terkait tata kelola data mencuat dalam forum diskusi yang melibatkanKoordinator Aliansi Masyarakat Cinta (AMC) Babel, Kurniadi Rahmadani mempertanyakan tindak lanjut dari surat yang telah disampaikan sebelumnya. Ia menyoroti lambatnya respons dari DPRD Babel terkait masalah ini.
“Kami memandang permasalahan ini sangat urgen untuk segera disikapi oleh DPRD, jangan sampai terkesan DPRD tidak peduli dengan kondisi Babel yang semakin terpuruk,” tegas Dani
Berbagai fraksi yang ditemui AMC salah satunya fraksi Nasdem. Ferry, Ketua Fraksi Partai Nasional Demokrat (Nasdem) yang menerima kunjungan AMC Babel menegaskan bahwa pembentukan pansus ini didorong oleh keinginan untuk meningkatkan hak masyarakat terkait pengelolaan sumber daya alam.
“Alhamdulillah, undang-undang terbaru sudah ada, dan kami rasa tidak perlu membentuk pansus baru. Namun, kami ingin memastikan bahwa peraturan daerah (perda) yang ada selaras dengan kebijakan pusat,” ujar Ferry.
Ferry menjelaskan bahwa fokus utama dari diskusi ini adalah pada tata kelola data, bukan tata kelola secara umum. Hal ini terkait dengan temuan Kejaksaan Agung yang menyebutkan adanya potensi kerugian negara sebesar Rp 150 miliar, bukan Rp 271 triliun seperti yang diberitakan sebelumnya.
“Pansus ini terbentuk atas dorongan fraksi-fraksi, dan alhamdulillah, ini menunjukkan adanya sinergi antar fraksi,” tambahnya.
Nasdem Dorong Kenaikan Hak Masyarakat
Salah satu poin penting yang diangkat oleh Fraksi Nasdem adalah terkait dengan hak masyarakat atas pengelolaan sumber daya alam. Ferry mengungkapkan bahwa saat ini, hak masyarakat hanya sebesar 3%, dan Nasdem mendorong agar angka ini dinaikkan menjadi 10%.
“Kami akan berjuang agar hak masyarakat dinaikkan menjadi 10%. Ini penting untuk masa depan anak cucu kita,” tegas Ferry.
Kunjungan ke DPR RI
Sebagai langkah konkret, Ferry menyatakan bahwa pihaknya akan melakukan kunjungan ke DPR RI untuk memperjuangkan aspirasi ini.
“Kami akan berkoordinasi dengan fraksi-fraksi lain di DPR RI agar hak masyarakat bisa ditingkatkan,” jelasnya.(Yuko)
