PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS.COM – Kasus Susanti dan Sugito yang ramai dibicarakan publik belakangan ini, dinilai oleh sebagian pihak sebagai upaya pengalihan isu dari polemik Surat Edaran Gubernur Bangka Belitung (Babel) Nomor 903/0042/BAKUDA. Hal ini menjadi perhatian khusus dan perlu ditinjau kembali. Jumli menjelaskan bahwa Instruksi Presiden Nomor 1 tahun 2025 tentang efisiensi anggaran bukan berarti menghapus program kerja yang sudah direncanakan dan dianggarkan melalui APBN maupun APBD.
Inpres tersebut hanya meminta pemerintah daerah untuk melakukan efisiensi anggaran dengan mengurangi atau menekan anggaran yang sudah direncanakan sebelumnya.
“Bukan berarti ditiadakan atau dihapuskan. Artinya program kegiatan kerja tetap berjalan, hanya dikurangi atau dipangkas anggarannya,” tegas Jumli, yang juga Ketua Lembaga Partisipasi Pengawasan dan Pemerhati Pelayanan Publik Bangka Belitung (LP5 Babel).
Menurutnya, Inpres tersebut harus dimaknai sebagai kebijakan efisiensi yang terukur, terutama untuk menekan biaya belanja barang. Namun, surat edaran Pj Gubernur Babel justru menghapus beberapa kegiatan atau program kerja, terutama yang berkaitan dengan pelayanan publik dan informasi publik. Hal ini tentu tidak sejalan dengan maksud efisiensi dalam Inpres tersebut.
“Dengan demikian dapat menimbulkan kekisruhan di beberapa kalangan tertentu yang berkaitan. Sebab itu poin-poin surat edaran yang berkaitan dengan adanya penghapusan tersebut harus ditinjau ulang dan dilakukan revisi secepatnya,” pungkas Jumli.(Yuko)
