Kakanwil Kemenag Puji Prestasi MTs Negeri 1 Pangkalpinang dalam Gerakan Sekolah Sehat

PANGKAL PINANG,PERKARANEWS – Kepala Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Pangkalpinang, H. Firmantasi, S.Ag., M.H., mengapresiasi atas prestasi yang diraih oleh MTs Negeri 1 Pangkalpinang dalam Lomba Gerakan Sekolah Sehat yang diselenggarakan oleh Pemerintah Kota Pangkalpinang bersama Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pangkalpinang beberapa waktu yang lalu.

Saat berkunjung ke MTs Negeri 1 Pangkalpinang pada Rabu (05/02) dalam rangka melakukan pembinaan bagi para guru dan tenaga kependidikan, H. Firmantasi mendapatkan informasi membanggakan tersebut dari Kepala Madrasah, Virdaus Wijaya, S.Pd.

H. Firmantasi mengungkapkan rasa bangganya dan menegaskan untuk terus meningkatkan prestasi madrasah yakni dengan keikutsertaan madrasah pada ajang kompetensi ataupun kegiatan lainnya yang bisa memberikan manfaat untuk kemajuan madrasah.

“Adanya prestasi-prestasi seperti ini artinya Madrasah memiliki nilai positif. Tidak dipandang sebelah mata lagi. Lomba Gerakan Sekolah Sehat ini diikuti oleh beberapa sekolah se Kota Pangkalpinang, MTs Negeri 1 Pangkalpinang bisa meraih juara 2 sudah sangat membanggakan. Kita patut mengapresiasinya,” ungkapnya.

Ia menambahkan untuk memajukan madrasah perlu adanya kerjasama semua pihak. Ia menegaskan Kementerian Agama memberikan kesempatan yang sama kepada para siswa madrasah baik swasta maupun negeri untuk mendulang prestasi. Tinggal lagi kreativitas dan optimalisasi bakat dan potensi diri masing-masing.

Ia berharap prestasi yang diraih dapat ditingkatkan pada masa mendatang dan yang paling penting menjadi motivasi bagi madrasah lainnya di Kota Pangkalpinang.

Sementara itu, Kepala Madrasah, Virdaus Wijaya, S.Pd., mengucapkan terima kasih atas apresiasi dari Kepala Kantor Kemenag Kota Pangkalpinang.
“Kami sangat bersyukur atas pencapaian ini. Ini adalah buah dari kerja keras dan dedikasi seluruh pihak yang terlibat,” imbuhnya

Ia mengatakan prestasi yang mereka raih tidak hanya bidang non akademik saja. Akan tetapi bidang akademik yang tak kalah pentingnya sebagai salah tolok ukur mutu madrasah di mata masyarakat.

“Keberhasilan MTs Negeri 1 Pangkalpinang dalam lomba ini menjadi inspirasi bagi semua pihak untuk terus berkomitmen pada Gerakan Sekolah Sehat. Semoga ini menjadi awal yang baik untuk lebih banyak prestasi di masa depan,” tutupnya.(Yuko)
