PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS.COM– Fraksi Partai Gerindra DPRD Bangka Belitung menyoroti potensi kebocoran kekayaan negara yang mencapai ribuan triliun rupiah akibat pengelolaan sumber daya alam (SDA) yang tidak optimal. Hal ini disampaikan Pahlivi Syahrun, Ketua Fraksi Gerindra DPRD Babel, saat menerima audiensi dari Aliansi Masyarakat Cinta Bangka Belitung (AMC Babel). Jumat,(28/2)
Pahlivi menjelaskan bahwa visi Ketua Umum Partai Gerindra, Prabowo Subianto, terkait pengelolaan SDA telah dipahami sejak lama. Ia merujuk pada buku “Paradoks Indonesia” yang ditulis Prabowo pada tahun 2012, yang mengulas potensi kekayaan Indonesia yang hilang akibat pengelolaan yang tidak tepat.
“Kekayaan Indonesia itu banyak hilang. Ada orang tertawa terkapak Prabowo mengatakan kekayaan kita itu bocor sampai 6000 triliun satu tahun. Bahkan waktu itu ada presiden tertawa mendengarnya. APBD APBN kita ini ada 4000 triliun kok ribet dimasukkan Pak Prabowo bocor itu adalah kekayaan laut kita, ikan kita itu jalan tanpa ada penawaran tanpa ada apa. Kemudian kita membeli pangan dari luar negeri, padahal di kita ada,” ungkap Pahlivi.
Ia mencontohkan keberhasilan Prabowo dalam menghentikan impor beras dan meningkatkan harga gabah petani. Menurutnya, hal ini menunjukkan komitmen Prabowo dalam memberdayakan rakyat dan mengoptimalkan pengelolaan SDA.
“Tidak ada lagi impor beras jadi beras petani itu selagi bisa dan ada diberi dengan harga 6500. Coba bayangkan naiknya itu 100% lebih. Dulu gabah petani itu diberi akhirnya itu. Petani itu belum gila sekarang 6500 itu artinya ini dinikmati baginya. Keuntungan itu dengan cara memberdayakan rakyat,” jelasnya.
Terkait aspirasi AMC Babel mengenai pembentukan pansus kerusakan lingkungan akibat tambang timah, Pahlivi menyatakan bahwa DPRD akan mempertimbangkannya. Namun, ia menekankan bahwa dalam kasus-kasus yang sudah masuk ranah hukum, DPRD tidak bisa melakukan intervensi.
“Ketika sebuah persoalan sudah ditangani oleh yudikatif, maka legislatif tidak bisa ikut campur. Karena itulah ada pembagian-pembagian tubuh dan fungsi yang memang itu dilakukan sesuai dengan tupoksinya masing-masing,” tegasnya.
Pahlivi menambahkan bahwa DPRD akan tetap menyampaikan aspirasi AMC Babel, namun tidak dalam konteks mengintervensi proses hukum yang sedang berjalan.(Yuko)
