Peresmian ini menandai langkah maju dalam peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Kota Pangkalpinang.
Dalam sambutannya, Budi Utama menekankan pentingnya pelayanan prima di sektor kesehatan.
Ia juga menyampaikan terima kasih kepada dr. Hakim yang telah menginisiasi pembangunan gedung laboratorium ini.
“Gedung kesehatan ini ibarat PMI di rumah sakit. Kita perlu kerjasama yang baik dengan PMI agar tidak ada kekurangan darah,” ujarnya.
Budi Utama juga menyoroti pentingnya edukasi terkait donor darah.
“Kita perlu edukasi yang positif agar masyarakat tidak ragu untuk mendonorkan darahnya,” tegasnya.
Ia berharap para dokter dan kader kesehatan dapat berperan aktif dalam memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat.
Selain itu, Pj Wali Kota juga menyoroti pentingnya perubahan mindset dalam pelayanan kesehatan.
“Saya meminta para dokter untuk datang lebih awal dan memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada pasien. Pasien tidak boleh menunggu terlalu lama,” tegasnya.(Yuko)
