LP5 Babel Desak Ombudsman Turun Tangan, Kritik Pedas Pj Walikota Terhadap RSUD Depati Hamzah Harus Ditindaklanjuti

PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS- Kritik pedas Penjabat (Pj) Walikota Pangkalpinang terhadap layanan dokter di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Depati Hamzah mendapatkan sorotan serius dari Lembaga Partisipasi Pengawas dan Pemerhati Pelayanan Publik Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (LP5 Babel).

Jumli Jamaluddin, Ketua LP5 Babel, menegaskan bahwa kritik tersebut bukan sekadar angin lalu.


“Pelayanan kesehatan adalah hak dasar masyarakat dan merupakan tanggung jawab pemerintah. Kritik dari PJ Walikota harus menjadi cambuk bagi RSUD Depati Hamzah untuk segera melakukan perbaikan,” tegas Jumli. Sabtu,(4/1) saat dihubungi awak media


Menurut Jumli, kritik yang dilontarkan PJ Walikota harus segera ditindaklanjuti dengan langkah nyata, bukan hanya sebatas evaluasi.

“Evaluasi tanpa tindakan nyata sama saja bohong. Perlu adanya langkah konkrit untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di RSUD Depati Hamzah,” ujarnya.


Menanggapi hal ini, LP5 Babel mendorong Ombudsman Republik Indonesia Perwakilan Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung untuk proaktif melakukan investigasi terhadap permasalahan yang terjadi di RSUD Depati Hamzah.

“Laporan inisiatif dari Ombudsman dapat menjadi pintu masuk untuk melakukan pengawasan dan evaluasi terhadap kinerja RSUD Depati Hamzah,” tambah Jumli.


Diharapkan dengan adanya intervensi dari Ombudsman, RSUD Depati Hamzah dapat segera memperbaiki kekurangannya dan memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang lebih baik bagi masyarakat Kota Pangkalpinang.(Yuko)
