Seorang peserta lelang yang mengaku sebagai pemenang kedua melaporkan adanya kejanggalan dalam proses lelang online yang diselenggarakan oleh Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Pangkal Pinang.


Pelapor mengungkapkan adanya lonjakan harga penawaran yang sangat cepat dalam waktu singkat, menimbulkan kecurigaan atas manipulasi sistem.

“Harga naik drastis dalam hitungan menit. Ini sangat tidak wajar,” ungkap sang pelapor yang enggan disebutkan namanya.


Ketika dikonfirmasi, Kepala KPKNL Pangkal Pinang, awalnya bersikap defensif dan bahkan mengintimidasi wartawan PerkaraNews.com yang mencoba mengkonfirmasi laporan tersebut.

“Anda juga menerbitkan berita tanpa klarifikasi,” tegasnya. Jumat,(17/1) dikantornya


Namun, M. Nurbisbahul Puad, selaku pelelang ahli muda, memberikan penjelasan bahwa sistem lelang telah sesuai prosedur dan transparan.

Ia menyatakan bahwa kecepatan penawaran dipengaruhi oleh koneksi internet peserta.

“Semua proses dilakukan secara terbuka dan online,” tegasnya.
