PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS- Ikatan Karyawan Timah menggelar musyawarah Luar Biasa dengan agenda penggantian dan pengangkatan ketua umum IKT Periode 2023-2026 yang dilaksanakan di Swiss Bellhotel, Rabu (11/9/2024).
Musyawarah Luar Biasa Ikatan Karyawan Timah kali ini mengusung tema ‘Bersatu Dalam Perjuangan’ Satukan Visi untuk Mencapai Peningkatan Produktivitas dan Kesejahteraan.
Musyawarah luar biasa Ikatan Karyawan Timah dilaksanakan dengan penuh tanggungjawab sesuai Anggaran Dasar dan Anggaran Rumah Tangga (AD/ART) IKT serta bukan hal yang baru. Karena sebelumnya, musyawarah luar biasa ini juga pernah digelar oleh IKT.
Digelarnya Musyawarah Luar Biasa lantaran adanya permintaan dari pengurus wilayah IKT di sembilan wilayah dari sepuluh wilayah untuk menggantikan ketua Umum IKT Periode 2023-2026.
Sembilan pengurus IKT wilayah juga bersepakat menunjuk Riki Febriansyah menjadi Plh Ketua Umum IKT untuk menggelar agenda musyawarah luar biasa.
Musyawarah Luar Biasa IKT ini diikuti sebanyak 153 peserta yang mewakili pengurus perwakilan IKT Wilayah Pangkalpinang, Toboali, Bangka Tengah, Sungailiat, Kundur, Jakarta, Belinyu, Belitung, Jebus dan Mentok.
Sementara itu, Ketua umum terpilih dalam sambutannya mengatakan bahwa musyawarah luar biasa IKT ini merupakan dinamika dalam organisasi yang sudah sesuai AD/ART Ikatan Karyawan Timah, “mari kita bersatu, berjuang untuk kesejahteraan Anggota dan karyawan PT Timah dan bersama sama bersinergi dengan Management dalam menghadapi dinamika pertimahan Indonesia”.
“IKT harus menjadi garda terdepan dalam hal peningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan dan anggota IKT itu sendiri. Sinergitas dan komunikasi yang baik dengan management, pengurus wilayah serta seluruh anggota IKT itu yang harus kita perkuat”, ujarnya
Tak lupa Ketua Umum IKT terpilih Riki Febriansyah menyampaikan apresiasi kepada ketua umum IKT beserta jajaran pengurus pusat IKT yang sudah melaksanakan amanah yang sudah dimandatkan. “Atas nama seluruh anggota saya sampaikan apresiasi kepada Irfan Yuliandi yang telah memberikan dedikasinya selama menjabat sebagai Ketum IKT”.

I personally find that i switched from another service because of the robust security and clear transparency.
