SUNGAILIAT,PERKARANEWS – Satuan Reserse Kriminal (Sat Reskrim) Polres Bangka berhasil Ungkap Kasus Diduga Tindak Pidana penyalahgunakan pengangkutan dan/atau niaga Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) yang disubsidi pemerintah dengan menangkap pelaku Yanto alias Akong, Selasa (16/1/2024).
Penampungan Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) jenis solar berada di Desa Merawang, Kecamatan Merawang, Kabupaten Bangka, Kamis (11/1/2024).
Kapolres Bangka, AKBP Toni Sarjaka melalui Kasi Humas, Akp Zulkarnain menjelaskan ungkap kasus berawal dari unit Tipidter Sat Reskrim Polres Bangka mendapatkan laporan informasi terkait diduga adanya kegiatan penampungan BBM jenis solar subsidi disebuah gudang di Desa Merawang, Kecamatan Merawang, Kabupaten Bangka.
“Mendapatkan informasi tersebut unit Tipidter melakukan penyelidikan dan langsung mendatangi gudang tersebut yang diketahui gudang tersebut milik Yanto alias Akong yang terletak dibelakang rumahnya. Dari hasil penggeledahan, ditemukan sejumlah BBM jenis Solar sebanyak -+ 5.040 liter,” ujar Akp Zulkarnain.
Ditambahkan oleh Akp Zulkarnain, BBM jenis Solar didapat dari sejumlah SPBU di Sungialiat dengan menggunakan 1 (satu) unit mobil truck merek Mitshubishi Cold Diesel.
“Dari pengakuan pelaku Yanto alias Akong kegiatan ini sudah berjalan kurang lebih 3 bulanan dan diambil sejumlah SPBU di Sungailiat,” jelas Akp Zulkarnain.(Rony Christ/Yuko)
