Dalam kesempatan ini Plt Dirut PDAM Tirta Pinang DR.dr Mgs. M. Hakim menyampaikan permohonan maaf kepada seluruh pelanggan yang terdampak akibat adanya kebocoran pipa PDAM Tirta pinang kota Pangkalpinang
“Kami saat ini sedang melakukan perbaikan pipa di jalan Jenderal Sudiman, kami sampaikan permohonan maaf atas dampak perbaikan ini, pelayanan air bersih ke masyarakat menjadi terganggu,”ungkapnya
Ia juga menjelaskan estimasi selesai perbaikan baru selesai Kamis,(01/3) dan saat ini petugas sedang melakukan perbaikan siang hingga malam agar permasalahan kebocoran pipa ini bisa segera diselesaikan
“Untuk perbaikan ini mungkin butuh waktu dua atau tiga hari, jadi kami berharap para pelanggan bisa bersabar dan kami pastikan kamis ini selesai,”sebutnya
Plt Dirut PDAM Tirta Pinang Pangkalpinang juga mengungkapkan berapa daerah akan terganggu pasokan air bersihnya adalah Gudang padi,Pasir Putih,Jl. Trem,jl. Sudirman,Gang kelapa,Gg. Singapur dan wilayah pasar dan sekitarnya
“Sekali lagi kami sampaikan permohonan maaf, jika pelanggan membutuhkan air bersih, petugas kami siap mengantarkan air bersih kerumah pelanggan,”pungkasnya.(Yuko)
