Kendalikan Inflasi Daerah, Pemprov. Kep.Babel Alokasikan DID dan DTU

PANGKALPINANG,PerkaraNews.com – Pemerintah Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung menggelar rapat Koordinasi Tim Pengendalian Inflasi Daerah (TPID) pada Kamis (6/12022) di Ruang Batu Rakit Rumah Dinas Gubernur.

Berdasarkan rilis Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung bulan September 2022, mengalami inflasi sebesar 0,80% (mtm) lebih rendah dibandingkan inflasi nasional sebesar 1,17% (mtm).

“Kondisi membaik, kita harus meningkatkan atau mempertahankan hal baik ini. Beberapa tindakan nyata menghadapi bulan November-Desember yang harus kita jaga (inflasi),” ujar Pj. Gubernur Ridwan Djamaluddin saat memimpin rapat.

Dalam rapat ini, dirinya mengajak tim TPID dan pihak terkait untuk mendiskusikan dana bonus (DID) yang didapat agar dapat mendukung pengendalian inflasi di Kepulauan Bangka Belitung ini, sebesar (Rp 10,81 miliar).

Selain itu, untuk mengantisipasi dampak inflasi setelah dilakukan penyesuaian harga Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan belanja wajib perlindungan sosial sebesar 2% dari Dana Transfer Umum (DTU) yang terdiri dari Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) dan Dana Bagi Hasil (DBH) dengan total alokasi sebesar Rp 8 miliar.

Ia meminta para kepala dinas jangan ragu untuk menyusun anggaran ini, karena ini sesuai dengan arahan Presiden ketika rapat di JCC tentang pengendalian inflasi di daerah.

“Kemarin saya bicara dengan Sekda, kita mengendalikan inflasi dari bahan pokok, apa kita menanam, kita punya lahan, mari kita berkebun cabe. Kedua, kemaren saya berkesempatan meninjau beras di Rias, ini mengesankan, untuk meningkatkan produktivitas bisa kita bantu dua unit traktor untuk petani Rias menggunakan dana DID,” ungkapnya.

Fery Insani selaku Kepala Bappeda Prov. Kep. Babel mengatakan bahwa, ada DID tambahan (dari 2020-2022) sebesar Rp 28.802.714.000. Dirinya berharap dengan dana tersebut bisa menekan harga bahan pokok, di salurkan untuk bantuan sosial.

Lebih lanjut dikatakannya, total alokasi anggaran kurang lebih 48 miliar, dengan alokasi di antaranya bansos tenaga kerja non formal, nelayan, pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM), petani sayuran dan cabai, subsidi bahan pokok, subsidi bantuan pupuk dan bibit, subsidi transportasi truk pengangkut cabai merah dan bawang merah, subsidi untuk nelayan, bantuan traktor untuk petani di Desa Rias, subsidi biaya Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR), subsidi side event UMKM, serta alokasi untuk kebun cabe di Balai Benih Pelempang.

Hastomo, Ekonom dari Bank Indonesia (BI) Kep. Babel yang hadir pada rapat ini mengatakan bahwa beberapa langkah yang didiskusikan untuk menekan angka inflasi cukup tepat. Bahkan saat ini BI sesuai komitmen terus membagikan bibit cabai, melakukan bimbingan teknik terkait pemeliharaan cabai, sebagai salah satu upaya menekan laju inflasi yang salah satu penyebabnya adalah komoditas cabai.

Pj. Gubernur Ridwan juga menginstruksikan kepala dinas terkait untuk menindaklanjuti hasil rapat hari ini, menurunkan ini menjadi rencana kerja, Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB), dan kerangka waktu beserta mitranya dan Senin (10/10) diharapkannya sudah selesai di rumuskan.(R5/RLS)
