Sungailiat, PerkaraNews.com – Polda Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Babel) kembali mengumumkan penetapan dua tersangka baru kasus tindak pidana pengangkutan pasir timah sebanyak 6,9 ton atau 131 karung tanpa izin.
Penetapan dua tersangka baru ini disampaikan oleh Kapolda Bangka Belitung, Irjen Pol Yan Sultra ketika konferensi pers akhir tahun di Mapolda Babel, Kamis (29/12/2022).
Dua orang tersangka baru itu yakni inisial CK dan BS yang merupakan pemilik dari 6,9 ton timah itu. Mereka berdua ini berasal dari Bangka Selatan. Atas kepemilikan barang bukti ini CK memiliki 1 lebih ton, sementara BS 5 lebih ton.
“Hari ini saya dengar dari penyidik sudah menetapkan dua tersangka baru. Kemarin satu tersangka, hari ini dua tersangka baru,” kata Yan.
Menurut dia, setiap kasus akan diungkap seluas-luasnya, hanya saja pengungkapan kasus seperti ini perlu kehati-hatian.
“Karena ini bukan tangkapan polisi langsung, kalo polisi menangkap langsung, pasti polisi sudah lidik, intip dia, begitu semua sudah lengkap. Tetapi kalo penyerahan yang menyerahkan kita juga harus tanya,” ujarnya.
Mantan Kapolda Sulawesi Tenggara ini menambahkan, kasus ini sudah bergulir 13 hari sudah tiga tersangka ditetapkan, yakni AS selaku sopir, kemudian CK dan BS selaku pemilik barang bukti.
“Pengembangan terus sampai tuntas, saya perintahkan ungkap sampai tuntas, namun tidak boleh mendengar isu-isu di luar yang punya ini, yang punya itu, tidak bisa. Semuanya harus penelitian, ada alat bukti yang sah pendukung. Jangan ragu-ragu, karena saya tidak main-main dalam hal ini,” katanya. (R5/RLS)
