JAKARTA, PERKARANEWS.COM – Selebgram Yokke Hargono, yang selama ini menetap di Amerika Serikat (AS), kini harus berhadapan dengan hukum di Indonesia. Yokke ditangkap pada Sabtu (8/3/2025) tak lama setelah mendarat di tanah air, usai dilaporkan oleh Fitri Salhuteru atas dugaan pencemaran nama baik. Kasus ini menjerat Yokke dengan UU No.1 Tahun 2024 tentang ITE. Sidang putusan sela atas eksepsi penasihat hukum Yokke digelar di Pengadilan Negeri Kelas 1A Khusus Jakarta Pusat, Kamis (11/9/2025).

 

Penasihat hukum Yokke, Sonny Wuisan SH, MH, CLA, CRA, CTL, mengungkapkan bahwa salah satu poin eksepsi adalah soal status gender. Dalam dakwaan JPU, Yokke disebut berstatus laki-laki, sementara dalam paspor AS tercatat sebagai wanita.

 

“Hakim tadi menjelaskan bahwa Yokke perlu memberikan data pembanding. Paspor dianggap bukan identitas diri, melainkan hanya dokumen perjalanan. Jadi harus ada identitas lain yang menguatkan,” jelas Sonny.

 

Sonny juga menyoroti soal status kewarganegaraan. Yokke tercatat sebagai warga negara AS, ia mempertanyakan yurisdiksi perkara. Namun, majelis hakim tetap memutuskan sidang dilanjutkan ke tahap pembuktian materiil.

 

“Tadi sudah diputus Majelis Hakim, kita akan masuk agenda pembuktian pokok perkara,” tegas Sonny.

 

Agenda sidang berikutnya dijadwalkan menghadirkan saksi korban, yakni pelapor Fitri Salhuteru. Semua materi pembuktian akan diuji di persidangan.

 

“Nanti kita dengarkan keterangan saksi korban untuk membuat perkara ini lebih terang. Semua akan diuji dalam pembuktian,” tukas Sonny.
