Pabrik Solder Rp1 Triliun “Kabur” ke Batam, Babel Gigit Jari!

PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS.COM– Keputusan PT Solder Tin Andalan Indonesia (STANIA), anak perusahaan Arsari Tambang, untuk membangun pabrik solder perdananya di Tunas Prima Industrial Estate, Batam, menuai kritik keras. Pasalnya, induk perusahaan dari PT Mitra Sarana Prima (MSP) ini memiliki deretan Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) timah di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Babel), namun justru memilih Batam untuk investasi senilai Rp1 triliun pada hilirisasi timah.

Salah satu tokoh pemuda Babel, Fahrizan, menyatakan kekecewaannya. Menurutnya, langkah ini adalah bukti nyata ketidakpedulian Arsari Tambang terhadap daerah penghasil timah. “Ini bukti jika MSP juga tidak peduli dengan daerah yang mereka eksploitasi sumber daya mineralnya. Kecuali pabrik tin solder belum pernah ada di Babel,” keluh Fahrizan, tokoh senior KNPI yang akrab disapa Buntuk.

Sebagai inisiator gugatan UU Minerba ke Mahkamah Konstitusi, Buntuk menegaskan bahwa nilai investasi Rp1 triliun seharusnya bisa menjadi angin segar bagi perekonomian Babel. “Nilai investasi Rp1 triliun akan membantu dorong pertumbuhan ekonomi Babel. Juga akan jadi dasar Pemprov Babel meningkatkan fasilitas pendukung untuk distribusi komoditi ekspor,” jelasnya.

Namun, pilihan jatuh ke Batam hanya karena fasilitas penunjang, menurut Buntuk, menunjukkan abainya Arsari Tambang terhadap daratan dan laut Babel yang telah mereka rusak. “Ini bukan masalah fasilitas pendukung tapi lebih pada etiket baik perusahaan karena telah merusak tanah dan laut kita untuk mengambil mineral timah,” tegas Sekretaris Wilayah Pemuda Pancasila Babel ini.

Penting dicatat, Arsari Tambang membawahi beberapa anak perusahaan pemilik IUP di Babel. “Hilirisasi sendiri adalah strategi untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah suatu komoditas. Jika diekspor dari Batam maka bukan Babel yang dapat royalti dari timah tapi Batam. Karena yang ekspor produk kan Batam bukan kita,” sambung Buntuk.

Sebelumnya, PT Stania telah melakukan groundbreaking pada 10 Mei 2024, dengan kapasitas awal 2.000 ton solder batangan per tahun. Ke depannya, produksi PT Stania akan menjangkau solder wire, powder, dan paste, dengan target 16.000 ton.

Komisaris Utama Arsari Tambang, Hashim S Djojohadikusumo, yang merupakan saudara Presiden Prabowo Subianto, menjelaskan bahwa peresmian pabrik solder ini adalah wujud nyata komitmen mendukung hilirisasi nasional dan menjawab tantangan global untuk transisi energi dan keberlanjutan. “Ini adalah awal dari perjalanan panjang Arsari Tambang menuju industri pertambangan bertanggung jawab secara lingkungan dan sosial,” ungkap Hashim.

Namun, pernyataan tersebut dibantah keras oleh Buntuk. “Keuntungan dan kelestarian bergandengan itu hanya framing pencitraan dan narasi picik. Karena faktanya pengusaha ini tidak peduli sama sekali dan hanya ingin mengeruk bumi Bangka dan Belitung untuk keuntungan. Kini Babel dapat kerusakan lingkungan, Batam hasilkan nilai tambah,” pungkas Buntuk dengan nada geram.(Yuko)
