Terdakwa Penggelapan Rp11,7 Miliar, Azam Akhmad Akhsya dan Dua Pengacara Jalani Sidang

JAKARTA,PERKARANEWS – Pejabat Kejaksaan Negeri Jakarta Barat, dihadirkan Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU), dalam perkara pemufakatan jahat penggelapan barang bukti yang melibatkan tiga terdakwa, yaitu Azam Akhmad Akhsya jaksa pada Kejaksaan Negeri Jakarta Barat,  bersama dua pengacara korban investasi bodong robot trading Fahrenheit, yakni Octavianus Setiawan dan Bonivasius Gunung, hingga senilai Rp11,7 miliar. Sidang digelar di Pengadilan Tipikor, Jakarta Pusat, Selasa (3/6/2025).

Jpu menghadirkan 7 orang saksi pada sidang lanjutan ini. Para saksi tersebut adalah Joseph Christian Alun, Dody Ghazali Emil, Sunarto, M Adhi Adam, Baroto, Iwan Ginting dan Hendri Antoro (Kajari Jakarta Barat). Jpu mendalami sosok Andi Rianto yang merupakan honorer di Kejari Jakarta Barat.

“Sejak saya masuk Kejari Jakarta Barat dari tahun 2021 hingga sekarang, yang saya tahu Andi Rianto masih aktif sebagai tenaga honorer dibidang Pidana Umum (Pidum), tapi bukan yang dibiayai oleh negara, honorer yang dibiayai oleh bidangnya sendiri,” terang Joseph.

JPU juga menanyakan kepada saksi Hendry Antoro yang sekarang menjabat sebagai Kajari Jakarta Barat, terkait surat kuasa terhadap korban robot trading Fahrenheit paguyuban Bali. Dokumen tersebut ditandatangani oleh Andi Rianto selaku kuasa hukum korban Fahrenheit paguyuban Bali.

“Saudara saksi, apakah pernah menerima dokumen yang berisi surat kuasa dari paguyuban korban Fahrenheit Bali,” tanya Jpu.

“Seingat saya tidak pernah,” jawab Hendri.

“Kalau yang Bernama Andi Rianto, yang saudara saksi ketahui ini siapa?,” tanya JPU.

“Sepanjang hidup saya, saya mengenal Andi Rianto sekali, saat ini sebagai tenaga honorer pada Kejaksaan Negeri Jakarta Barat,” tegas Hendri.

Nama Andi Rianto mencuat lantaran uang senilai Rp11,7 miliar masuk melalui Rekening BNI Cabang Dukuh Bawah atas nama Andi Rianto yang merupakan honorer di Kejari Jakarta Barat. Andi Rianto yang hadir pada persidangan sebelumnya, mengakui rekening atas namanya digunakan oleh terdakwa Azam. Andi menyebut dirinya hanya mendapat perintah dari terdakwa Azam untuk membuat draft Berita Acara (BA).

Pada persidangan sebelumnya keterangan saksi Andi Rianto menuai keberatan dari Penasihat Hukum (PH) terdakwa Oktavianus Setiawan, hingga menolak keterangan saksi Andi Rianto sebagai fakta persidangan. Hal tersebut disebabkan pihak PH terdakwa Oktavianus Setiawan, tidak menerima Berkas Acara Pemeriksaan (BAP).

Lebih lanjut terkait hal tersebut JPU menerangkan bahwa saksi bernama Andi Rianto adalah saksi yang diajukan JPU sesuai dengan berkas perkara dan Berkas Acara Pemeriksaan (BAP) saksi telah disahkan.

“Kami memohon kepada Majelis Hakim, agar kiranya keterangan saksi Andi Rianto yang telah diperiksa minggu lalu dapat diambil sebagai fakta persidangan,” pungkas JPU.(Yuko)
