PANGKALPINANG, PERKARANEWS – Sebanyak 54 Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) yang terdiri dari Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) dan Pegawai Pemerintah Dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) di lingkungan Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Pangkalpinang yang baru dilantik beberapa waktu lalu, mengikuti sosialisasi pengisian e-kinerja BKN di Auditorium PLHUT Pangkalpinang pada Rabu (18/06).
Kegiatan yang dibuka secara resmi oleh Kepala Kantor diwakili Kasubbag Tata Usaha, Eyde Tusewijaya, S.E., M.M., tersebut menghadirkan pemateri para staf ahli bagian kepegawaian Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Pangkalpinang.
Dalam sambutannya Eyde menegaskan bahwa di era e-kinerja telah menjadi kebutuhan tak terhindarkan bagi ASN di era digital saat ini sebagai langkah positif untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan tanggung jawab.
“Dengan E-Kinerja, proses penilaian kinerja menjadi lebih objektif dan terukur, serta memberikan akses bagi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik,” ungkapnya.
Oleh karena itu, lanjutnya, selain melaksanakan tugas dengan melayani dan memberikan bimbingan kepada masyarakat, para ASN diharapkan mampu untuk beradaptasi dan memahami serta mengaplikasikan sistem-sistem digital termasuk e-kinerja untuk memastikan bahwa ASN dapat memberikan kontribusi maksimal dalam mewujudkan pemerintahan yang efektif dan responsif.
“Melalui aplikasi ini, kita dapat menyusun Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai (SKP), menginput capaian kinerja, dan menyusun laporan kinerja yang bermuara sebagai basis penilaian serta dasar pemberian tunjangan kinerja,” papar Eyde.
Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, imbuhnya, menjadikan penilaian kinerja lebih objektif, transparan dan akuntabel, sekaligus memudahkan pimpinan memantau realisasi kinerja bawahan serta menjamin keadilan dalam pemberian tunjangan.
Ditegaskan Eyde, e-kinerja para pegawai juga menjadi bagian penting dari laporan kinerja kepala satuan kerja dan lembaga yang setiap triwulannya dilaporkan ke kantor wilayah, sehingga diharapkan dapat diisi dengan jelas dengan kontribusi yang terukur serta menunjang tercapainya target dan sasaran organisasi secara optimal.
“Laporan e-kinerja ini juga menjadi salah satu dasar pembayaran tunjangan kinerja dan paling tidak harus diisi dan dilaporkan paling lambat tanggal 10 setiap bulannya agar tidak menghambat proses pencarian,” pesannya.
Terakhir beliau pun berharap agar seluruh peserta dapat mengkuti seluruh arahan yang disampaikan oleh narasumber dengan baik dan apabila menemui kendala segera berkoordinasi dengan bagian kepegawaian agar e-kinerja ini dapat terimplementasi dengan baik, khususnya di lingkungan Kantor Kemenag Kota Pangkalpinang.
