Tersangka, dr. Surya Hafidiansyah Putra, seorang ASN di RSUP Sukarno Babel, diduga terlibat dalam kasus ini.

Surya Hafidiansyah Putra menjadi penghalang utama, karena ia enggan meminta maaf atas perbuatannya. Pembebasan ini memicu reaksi keras dari Ketua Aliansi Wartawan Muda (AWAM) Babel, Maires Kurniawan. “Sejak awal, AWAM Babel mengawal kasus ini dan menyaksikan perilaku yang tidak sesuai dan penuh fitnah. Mereka bahkan menggunakan aplikasi AI untuk melancarkan kejahatan di media sosial TikTok melalui akun ‘Anak Muda O Pos’,” ungkap Maires.
Maires menegaskan bahwa rasa keadilan di ibu kota Babel telah ternoda dengan pembebasan dr. Surya Hafidiansyah Putra. Ia mendesak agar dr. Surya segera dijebloskan kembali ke penjara, mengingat tersangka lain dalam kasus yang sama masih ditahan.
