JAKARTA,PERKARANEWS.COM– Menteri Agama Nasaruddin Umar menekankan pentingnya perubahan paradigma kepemimpinan, dari yang berorientasi pada individu super menjadi kerja tim yang solid. Pernyataan ini disampaikan saat ia mengukuhkan tiga pejabat di Badan Moderasi Beragama dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BMBPSDM) Kementerian Agama, Selasa (04/02/2025).
“Sekarang eranya sudah harus hijrah dari superman atau superwoman menuju superteam,” ujar Menag.
Menurutnya, kepemimpinan yang efektif bukan lagi tentang seseorang yang bekerja sendiri, tetapi tentang bagaimana tim dapat bersinergi untuk mencapai tujuan bersama.
Menag juga menekankan bahwa di era post-truth seperti sekarang, kebenaran tidak cukup hanya berdasarkan teks, tetapi harus dikonfirmasi dengan konteks yang ada.
“Seringkali kita dianggap gagal sekalipun benar di atas landasan teks yang benar hanya karena kita tidak membaca konteks di mana kita berada atau sebaliknya,” lanjutnya.
Ia menegaskan bahwa keputusan yang baik harus menggabungkan pemahaman terhadap teks dengan kesadaran akan realitas sosial dan budaya.
“Yang paling indah adalah ketika kita mampu mengawinkan konteks dan teks dalam mengambil sebuah kebijakan. Dengan begitu, keputusan tersebut dapat diterima oleh semua pihak, dan inilah tantangan kita bersama,” katanya.
Dalam acara yang digelar di Kantor Kementerian Agama di Jakarta ini, Menag mengukuhkan Syafi’i sebagai Kepala Pusat Pengembangan Kompetensi, Manajemen Kepemimpinan, dan Moderasi Beragama, Mastuki sebagai Kepala Pusat Pengembangan Kompetensi SDM Pendidikan dan Keagamaan, serta Rohmat Mulyana Sapdi sebagai Kepala Pusat Strategi Kebijakan Pendidikan Agama dan Keagamaan.
Selain itu, Menag juga melantik Jafar Ahmad sebagai Rektor Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Kerinci dan Wasilah sebagai Ketua Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri (STAIN) Majene.
Acara ini turut dihadiri oleh Sekretaris Jenderal Kementerian Agama Kamaruddin Amin, Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Islam Suyitno, serta para pejabat eselon I dan II, staf khusus, dan tenaga ahli Kementerian Agama.
Dengan pelantikan ini, Menag berharap para pejabat yang baru dikukuhkan dapat membawa perubahan positif dan menerapkan pendekatan kepemimpinan yang lebih kolaboratif serta responsif terhadap tantangan zaman.(Yuko/Rils)
