Polemik Rumah Singgah dan Konflik Kepentingan Guncang DPRD Pangkalpinang

PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS-Tensi rapat dengar pendapat (RDP) antara DPRD Kota Pangkalpinang dengan Dinas Kesehatan memanas. Beberapa anggota dewan mempertanyakan kebijakan pemerintah kota terkait sewa dua rumah singgah di Jakarta dan Palembang serta dugaan konflik kepentingan dalam kerjasama dengan seorang dokter spesialis jantung. Selasa,(31/12)


Anggota DPRD, M. Iqbal, mempertanyakan besarnya anggaran yang dialokasikan untuk menyewa rumah singgah di kawasan Menteng, Jakarta. Ia mengusulkan agar lokasi rumah singgah dipindahkan ke daerah yang lebih terjangkau seperti Manggarai atau Matraman.


“Anggaran Rp300 juta per tahun untuk sewa rumah di Menteng sangat besar. Apakah tidak ada pilihan lain yang lebih ekonomis?” tegas Iqbal.


Sementara itu, Ketua Komisi I DPRD, Dio Febrian, menyoroti kerjasama antara RSUD Depati Hamzah dengan seorang dokter spesialis jantung yang juga merupakan suami dari Direktur RSUD. Febrian meragukan klaim bahwa kerjasama tersebut dilakukan secara gratis dan tanpa adanya imbalan.


“Kami meminta klarifikasi terkait adanya dugaan konflik kepentingan dalam kerjasama ini,” ujar Febrian.


Menanggapi tudingan tersebut, Plt Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pangkalpinang, dr. Tri Wahyuni, menjelaskan bahwa pemilihan lokasi rumah singgah di Menteng telah mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor, termasuk kenyamanan dan aksesibilitas bagi pasien.


“Lokasi rumah singgah dipilih dengan matang. Kami berupaya memberikan fasilitas terbaik bagi warga Pangkalpinang yang membutuhkan perawatan di luar kota,” jelas Tri Wahyuni.


Terkait dugaan konflik kepentingan, Direktur RSUD Depati Hamzah, dr. Della Rianadita, membantah tuduhan tersebut. Ia menegaskan bahwa kerjasama dengan suaminya dilakukan secara sukarela dan tanpa adanya imbalan.


“Suami saya bekerja sama dengan RSUD semata-mata karena ingin memberikan kontribusi bagi masyarakat Pangkalpinang,” tegas Della.


Perdebatan sengit dalam RDP tersebut menyoroti pentingnya transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan anggaran pemerintah. Masyarakat pun berharap agar polemik ini dapat segera diselesaikan dan tidak menghambat pelayanan kesehatan di Kota Pangkalpinang.(Yuko)
