PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Ditengah hiruk pikuk tensi dinamika politik menuju Pemilu 2024, apakah sudah ada diantara Bakal caleg baik pusat dan daerah yang bekerja dan berkampanye untuk Kelestarian Pancasila ? Memberikan dan menyodorkan program program pelestarian Pancasila sebagai dasar adab prilaku politik sehingga nantinya sebagai jaminan saat duduk mewakili untuk dan atas nama rakyat mampu menumbuhkan dan menjaga rasa nasionalisme untuk berjuang demi kemasalahatan Rakyat.
Kita tahu Pancasila yang tertuang dalam mukadimah UUD 1945 selengkapnya berbunyi :
1. Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa
2. Kemanusiaan Yang Adil dan Beradab
3. Persatuan Indonesia
4. Kerakyatan yang dipimpin oleh Hikmat Kebijaksanaan dalam permusyawaratan dan Perwakilan.
5. Keadilan Sosial bagi Seluruh Rakyat Indonesia.
Walaupun setiap tanggal 1 Juni dan 1 Oktober tiap tahun sebagai moment pengungkapan kembali sebuah refleksi Kelahiran hingga bukti Kesaktiannya nilai Pancasila, namun tetap saja belum mampu mendarahdagingkan 5 Sila tersebut di dalam setiap insan para wakil rakyat, para pemangku kebijakan dan pemegang otoritas pengelola Negeri ini.
Sejarah panjang menguji kesaktian pancasila sebagai Weltanschaung yaitu sebuah keharusan Pancasila ditempatkan sebagai mahkota filsafat dalam pandangan hidup berbangsa dan bernegara. Pembuktian Kesaktian Pancasila dalam ketatanegaraan mulai demokrasi Terpimpin oleh Bung Karno, kemudian harus tumbang dengan start pemicu letupan G-30.S PKI kemudian berganti Orde baru dimana sistim ini Militer mulai terjun dalam mengelolan pemerintahan karena dianggap para politisi sipil tidak cakap dalam mengelola negara. Yang selanjutnya kekuasaan tanpa batas menjadi kekuasaan absolud otoriter yang dipaksa juga tumbang ditahun 1998 hingga memasuki masa reformasi. Pergeseran gaya kepemimpinan dan kondisi dinamika politik pengelolaan negara terus berkembang. Isu bukan lagi persolan idelologi bangsa tapi sudah pada penerapan nilai nilai Pancasila dalam aspek prilaku moralitas.
Fakta tidak terbantahkan bagaimana para Koruptor sepanjang tahun 2022 – 2023, terakhir saja KPK telah menetapkan banyak Tersangka dengan dugaan menggemplang Puluhan Milyar uang Rakyat yang seharusnya dikelola dengan Adab dan nilai luhur amanat dari Pancasila.
Mereka mulai Bupati, Wali Kota dan legislator yang punya cap wakil rakyat dan tentu semuanya mendapatkan jabatanya melalui proses politik yang panjang.
Proses politik melalui mekanisme Pemilu yang didalamnya adalah sebuah aktifitas sikap, gagasan dan pemikiran untuk merebut sebuah kekuasaan dan otoritas yang semua ingin merubah tatanan kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara dengan baik, namun prakteknya banyak lahir para oknum politikus preman dengan selalu menggunakan politik politik kotor, menerapkan Managemen konflik endingnya sering dalam penyelesaian masalah tampil seakan sebagai mediator ulung dan tampil sebagai pahlawan dalam menyelesaian sengketa. Ujungnya dapat menarik simpati dan mampu mendulang suara yang lebih optimal demi merebut kekuasaan.
Terakhir kabar banyak yang jadi OTT oleh KPK. kesimpulanya Indonesia sedang tidak baik baik saja. Ini sangat ironis.
Menurut penulis Roh Pancasila dalam melandasi jalan berpolitik ada pada sila Ke dua ‘Kemanusiaan yang adil dan beradap” maka perlunya landasan pokok pokok menjalankan kekuasaan dan pemegang otoritas wajib beradab. Seluruh rangkaian gerakan politik dan perbuatan merealisasikan gagasan demi kemanusiaan yang berkeadilan dengan adab maka pastilah tercermin adanya keyakinan antara pertanggungawaban tidak hanya pada sesama manusia namun pada yang Maha Kuasa sebagaimana rumusan Sila Pertama Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa. Karena dengan adab itu harusnya tau pembeda antara prilaku Sopan dan preman, hak dan batil, benar dan salah serta barang halal dan yang haram.
Maka dari itu Adab berbanding lurus dengan Karakter, pembentukan karakter perlu di ajarkan disemua lapisan, dengan menyediakan generasi penerus bangsa yang Profesional Religius.
Lembaga pendidikan sejak dini harus mengajarkan bukan hanya ilmu pengetahuan namun jauh lebih penting pembelajaran adab atau pendidikan karakter dengan penerapan nilai butir butir Pancasila.
Pengkhianantan pada Negara bukan hanya upaya mengganti dasar dan sistem Negara sebagaimana gerakan 30 September 1965, akan tetapi ketika para pemegang kekuasaan dan pemegang otoritas berprilaku yang Korup maka inilah sebuah pengkhianatan nyata terhadap nilai nilai adab Pancasila. (Rony Christ/Yuko)
