PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Guna mendukung transformasi birokrasi yang dinamis, lincah, dan profesional di lingkungan instansi pemerintah serta penyederhanaan nomenklatur jabatan pelaksana sebagaimana Peraturan MenpanRB No. 45 Tahun 2022, Kementerian Agama melalui Biro Kepegawaian mengadakan Uji Kompetensi bagi Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) Jabatan Pelaksana, Rabu (20/12/2023).
Uji kompetensi tersebut diikuti sebanyak 25.661 PNS Kemenag seluruh Indonesia secara serentak berdasarkan pengumuman yang telah dikeluarkan oleh Sekretaris Jenderal Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia yang ditandatangani oleh Kepala Biro Kepegawaian bernomor 123508/B.II/4.a/Kp.07.2/12/2023 tanggal 15 Desember 2023, termasuk 44 orang PNS Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Pangkalpinang, yang pelaksanaannya dilakukan secara terpusat di titik lokasi Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN)1 Pangkalpinang.
Analis Kepegawaian Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Pangkalpinang yang juga bertindak sebagai salah satu panitia di titik lokasi pelaksanaan, Irine Jumiati, S.H., M.H., saat dihubungi melalui pesan singkat WhatsApp mengungkapkan bahwa selain 44 orang PNS Kemenag Pangkalpinang, pihaknya juga mendapatkan tambahan 4 orang peserta dari Kemenag Bangka Barat, sehingga total peserta seluruhnya menjadi 48 orang.
“Selain itu ada juga 3 orang peserta yang hingga waktu pelaksanaan ditetapkan, dinyatakan tidak bisa mengikuti ujian, dikarenakan 2 orang tidak hadir dan 1 orang pindah titik lokasi,” jelas Irine.
Sementara itu, Kasubbag Tata Usaha Kemenag Pangkalpinang, Eyde Tusewijaya,, S.E., M.M., yang juga hadir untuk memantau kegiatan tersebut mengatakan bahwa materi yang diujikan dalam ujian dengan sistem CAT kali ini adalah kompetensi menejerial sosial kultural dan kompetensi teknis sesuai dengan Permenpan Nomor 38 Tahun 2017.
“Adapun peserta yang mengikuti uji kompetensi jabatan pelaksana ini adalah PNS Kementerian Agama Jabatan Pelaksana yang memiliki sisa masa kerja lebih dari 3 (Tiga) tahun per 1 Januari 2024, belum pernah mengikuti Asesmen Uji Kompetensi 3 tahun terakhir dan peserta sudah disesuaikan klasifikasi jabatan oleh admin kepegawaian satuan kerja,” jelas Eyde.
Dipaparkannya juga, uji kompetensi ini dilakukan untuk penyederhanaan jabatan pelaksana PNS yang sebelumnya berjumlah 3.414 jabatan menjadi tiga klasifikasi jabatan yaitu Klerek, Operator, dan Teknisi. Klerek adalah klasifikasi nomenklatur jabatan pelaksana yang melaksanakan tugas pelayanan administratif, sedangkan operator adalah klasifikasi nomenklatur jabatan pelaksana yang melaksanakan tugas teknis yang bersifat umum, dan yang terakhir teknisi adalah klasifikasi nomenklatur jabatan pelaksana yang melaksanakan tugas teknis yang bersifat spesifik
“Penyederhaan nomenklatur jabatan pelaksana, akan memudahkan gerak birokrasi menjadi lebih adaftif terhadap dinamika zaman, transformasi manajemen SDM aparatur akan semakin dikedepankan,” sambungnya.
Dikatakannya pula, uji kompetensi ini dalam rangka menerapkan Sistem Merit dan Manajemen Talenta di Kementerian Agama, di mana diperlukan profil potensi dan kompetensi seluruh pegawai yang mendasari pengembangan talenta dan pembinaan karir pegawai. (Yuko)
