BANGKA TENGAH,PERKARANEWS -Mungkin nama Ketua Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Bangka Tengah, Me Hoa, S.H., M.H. (Me Hoa) dalam kasus kekerasan terhadap anak di Bangka Tengah sudah tidak asing lagi.
Berapa bulan lalu kita sempat ramai mengenai putusan hakim yang memvonis adik kandung Me Hoa yang bernama Men Ko alias Unyil empat bulan penjara dan bebas karena dikurung masa tahanan.
Seperti kita tau kasus yang menimpa dua orang anak dibawah umur yang dianiaya dan dipukul hingga babak belur tapi divonis ringan karena ada campur tangan sang kakak yang juga Ketua DPRD Bateng.
Kini Ketua DPRD Bateng kembali berulah, kabar yang diterima redaksi Perkaranews.com. ada dugaan kuat Ketua DPRD Bateng ingin atau berniat menyelesaikan kasus pemerkosaan anak dibawah umur yang terjadi di Bangka Tengah. Saat dikonfirmasi ketua DPRD Bateng mengatakan.
“Aku sudah telpon Pak Zen Beliau belum menulis terkait RDP kemarin hanya beliau menghubungi wartawan di Koba mengapa Ibu Me hoa mengundang yg disangka ini ke RDP itu aku jawab,” ungkapnya. Selasa (28/11/2023) melalui pesan WhatsApp.
Selanjutnya Me Hoa sebagai Wakil Rakyat dan Ketua DPRD Bateng mendengar semua aspirasi rakyat dan apa yang dikatakan hanya keliru bahwa kasus ini kasus khusus tentang Perlindungan Anak dimana yang disangkakan ini dan keluarganya dalam posisi terlapor.
“Ini saja kekeliruannya dan Pak Zen dapat foto di FB me dengan keluarga pelaku merayakan ulang tahunnya,” tegasnya.
Me Hoa juga Mengakui bahawa RDP yang digelar secara teknis ada kesalahan karena sudah dibahas adalam rapat tapi tidak ada dalam agenda harap dimaklumi.
“Tanggapan nya saya mendengarkan semua aspirasi. Saya di tengah. Terlepas itu kesalahan teknis. Saya minta di maklumi karena kesibukan dan lain hal,” tutupnya. (Yuko)
