PBB menjaga perdamaian dunia, Hak Asasi manusia dan demokrasi. Terlihat dengan knflik ini PBB tidak memiliki langkah tegas, dengan ini Pimpinan Daerah Pemuda Muhammadiyah (PDPM) kota Pangkalpinang prihatin dan berduka atas konflik antara palestina dengan israel. Terkait dengan konflik tersebut Pemuda Muhammadiyah Kota Pangkalpinang menyatakan sikap yang disampaikan oleh wakil ketua bidang dakwah dan pengkajian agama, Heri Anggara, S.Pd.,M.Pd.
Pertama, kami sangat prihatin dan mengucapan duka cita atas korban konflik pasukan Hamas dengan Zionis Yahudi baik yang meninggal dunia maupun yang luka-luka.
Kedua, Pimpinan Daerah Pemuda Muhamadiyah (PDPM) kota Pangkalpinang menghimbau kepada umat Islam khususnya di kota Pangkalpinang untuk mendoakan kaum muslim yang menjadi korban perang serta memohon kepada Allah agar Kaum muslim dan mujahidin diberi kekuatan dan di jaga dalam membela kebenaran yang menjadikan masyarakat hidup damai, sejahtera, dan tentram.
Ketiga, menghimbau kepada Pemerintah Indonesia dan semua pihak terutama Dewan Keamanan Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (PBB) agar mengambil langkah-langkah politik dan diplomatik secara cepat dan tepat untuk menghentikan perang, melakukan genjatan senjata, dan melakukan perundingan agar perang berakhir dengan damai.
Keempat, hendaklah kita mendukung perjuangan Palestina dan berusaha memberikan bantuan pangan dan papan melalui relawan kemanusian yang telah dipercaya dalam menyalurkan bantuan kepada masyarakat korban perang terutama anak-anak.
Semoga semua pihak untuk menyikapi perang Palestina – Israel dengan rasional,arif dan tidak mudah terprovokasi dengan berbagai informasi yang tidak sesuai, provokatif dan menyesatkan. (Yuko)
