Pangkalpinang, PerkaraNews.com – Penjabat (Pj) Gubernur Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Kep. Babel) Ridwan Djamaluddin, baru-baru ini mendapatkan laporan kalau anak muda di Kecamatan Tempilang, Kabupaten Bangka Barat, banyak yang menyalahgunakan narkoba.
Untuk itu, ia dengan sigap mengajak Perangkat Daerah terkait bersama Kepolisian untuk melaksanakan “Rapat Koordinasi (Rakor) Sinergitas Pencegahan Penyalahgunaan dan Peredaran Gelap Narkotika (P4GN) Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung”, di Gedung Mahligai Rumah Dinas Gubernur Kep. Babel, Rabu (25/1/2023).
Selain itu juga, dibenarkan oleh Kapolda Kep. Babel Irjen Pol Yan Sultra, bahwa peredaran narkoba cukup masif di Kep. Babel. Berdasarkan laporan lapangan pun, ketika pihaknya turun ke desa-desa, keluhan masyarakat ialah mengenai anaknnya yang terjerat narkoba.
“Faktanya peredaran narkoba cukup masif di Bangka Belitung. Pada tahun 2022, ada 398 kasus. Itu baru di Polda, belum di BNN dan lain-lain yang belum ketangkap,” ujar Kapolda.
Dari rapat ini, disimpulkan ada 3 target kelompok sasaran yang perlu diarahkan. Pertama, Desa Tangguh atau Desa Bersinar (Bebas narkoba) yang bisa melibatkan banyak pihak, baik itu kepolisian, TNI (babinsa), perangkat desa dan lainnya. Kedua, sekolah, terutama SMA/SMK, atau juga SMP, melalui pendidikan anti narkoba. Terakhir, tempat hiburan yang kemungkinan besar dapat menjadi tempat untuk mengedarkan narkoba.
Dengan masifnya pengedaran narkotika di Kep. Babel karena kondisi geografis sebagai provinsi kepulauan, Pj Gubernur meminta semua pihak untuk melakukan pencegahan secara masif pula.
“Mari kita perkuat intervensi negara dalam hal pencegahan penggunaan dan pengedaran narkoba, yang menyasar tiga target, yakni sekolah, desa, dan tempat hiburan,” ujar Pj Gubernur.
