1.552.000 Sertifikat Tanah Sah Diserahkan ke Masyarakat se-Indonesia

PANGKALPINANG,PerkaraNews.com – Presiden Republik Indonesia (RI) Joko Widodo (Jokowi) dari Istana Negara, Kamis (01/12/22 ) menyerahkan sertifikat tanah milik rakyat di seluruh Indonesia sebanyak 1.552.000 pada tahun 2022, dengan harapan sertifikat tersebut dapat meningkatkan perekonomian rakyat.

Penyerahan sertifikat tanah rakyat ini diserahkan secara simbolis dan kegiatan ini diikuti seluruh provinsi di Indonesia secara virtual. Dalam kesempatan ini, terlihat raut wajah presiden sangat bahagia, karena hak kepemilikan tanah bagi rakyat dapat terwujud sebagaimana harapannya.

“Hari ini saya senang karena sebanyak 1.552.000 sertifikat di seluruh indonesia dapat dibagikan dan sertifikat ini sebagai bukti hukum hak kepemilikan tanah,” ujar presiden.

Presiden Jokowi mengatakan, di tahun 2015 masyakat Indonesia yang baru memiliki sertifikat tanah hanya sekitar 80 juta lebih. Tak heran, jika masyarakat banyak sekali yang belum memiliki sertifikat tanah, sehingga sering terjadi sengketa tanah. Presiden bersyukur, karena sisa tanah yang belum bersertifikat hanya 25 juta bidang tanah saja, yang mana ini ditargetkan akan terselesaikan pada tahun 2025 mendatang.

“Kalau tanah masyarakat di seluruh Indonesia sudah berserfikat semua, saya yakin tidak ada lagi terjadi konflik terkait tanah di tengah masyarakat,” ujar Joko Widodo.

Penjabat (Pj) Gubernur Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Kep. Babel) Ridwan Djamaluddin pun hadir dalam penyerahan sertifikat yang di selenggarakan oleh Kantor Wilayah Pertanahan Kep. Babel yang berlangsung di Soll Marina Hotel.

Dalam sambutan, Pj Gubernur mengucapkan terimakasih kepada Badan Pertanahan Nasional Wilayah Kep. Babel beserta jajaran di kabupaten/kota se-babel karena telah mewujudkan harapan masyarakat untuk memiliki sertifikat atas bidang tanah milik mereka.

Pj Gubernur Ridwan juga berharap semoga sertifikat tanah tersebut kiranya dapat memberikan manfaat serta meningkatkan tarap hidup masyarakat. Selain itu, ia berpesan agar masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan sertifikatnya untuk hal yang positif bukan sebaliknya.

“Jangan sampai sertifikat ini digunakan pada hal yang kurang produktif, tapi gunakanlah untuk pengembangan usaha,” ujarnya.

Selain itu, Ridwan Djamaluddin menegaskan kepada pemilik sertifikat tanah, bahwa milik masyarakat atas tanah tersebut sebatas tanah permukaan, untuk itu tanahnya jangan di jadikan lahan tambang, karena kekayaan alam tetaplah milik negara.

Lalu, guna mendukung kelancaran program sertifikat tanah gratis yakni PTSL (Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap) di Kep. Babel yang di selenggarakan oleh kanwil BPN provinsi, kabupaten dan kota, Pj Gubernur atas nama Pemprov. Babel mendorong pemkot dan pemkab memberikan kemudahan bea perolehan hak atas tanah dan bangunan (BPHTB) dan mengerakkan masyarakat untuk ikut PTSL dan retribusi tanah di tahun 2023.

Sementara Kakanwil BPN Kep. Babel Oldan Sitorus menuturkan, penyerahan sertifikat tanah masyarakat yang diserahkan pada 1 desember 2023 ini, sebanyak 500 sertifikat dan ditargetkan pada tahun 2025 semua sertifikat di Kep. Babel dapat diselesaikan.

“Rincian sertifikat yang dibagikan hari ini, yaitu Kota Pangkalpinang 200 sertifikat, Kabupaten Bangka 150 sertifikat, dan Kabupaten Bangka Tengah 150 sertifikat,” ujarnya.
